Information and Reference of Counterfeit Illegal Stamps for Gabon that date 2010

Online research shows that the first counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon (Republique Gabonaise) were produced in 2006. Although Gabon is a member of the Universal Postal Union, up to this time (January 2020) they have never formally posted a UPU circular denouncing any of them. We are working toward having this done soon.

The following images are of counterfeit illegal stamps produced in the name of Gabon dating 2010. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

Or use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. Do not listen to these dealers trying to convince you they are something other than illegal stamps.

You will find the styles and designs of the following illegal stamps completely different.

All of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates. Many are found as color proofs and many fake First Day Covers have been produced as well.
Many times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets are separated and are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and/or experts like myself.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2010

According to the WNS system eight stamps are registered to have been issued in 2010. There are seven listings of stamps issued for Gabon in 2010 on the Colnect Catalog. The Stampworld catalog is also only showing seven listings. Thus we have a conflict.

I showed what the problem was on the 2009 page.

First I will show the seven stamp issues that are present and listed in all the catalogs.

This first two issues have a conflict as well. On the WNS system the images for the 50th Anniversary of Gabon are duplicated. The description of the 500F single stamp issue is correct but the image is of the higher value 1500F which belongs to the souvenir sheet. The Colnect catalog is using the same image in error as well. This needs to be corrected.
I note that the 500F stamp appears to be quite rare in mint condition.

It is therefore understood that any stamp dating 2010 in the name of Gabon other than the above issues is a Counterfeit Illegal Stamp!

In 2010 the British producer produced a huge series called "The 100 Great Men of World History". Most dealers and sellers call them "Great Personalities" or just "Personalities" or "Famous people" usually due to laziness in translating the French inscriptions. It appears they are the only counterfeit illegal stamps he produced in 2010 and 2011 in the name of Gabon. Obviously, I do not have them all imaged as all of them are not available online at the time of creating this page. Should new ones be "spotted", I will add them to the appropriate pages. Please remember, none have value and by raising the awareness of this to heights never seen before, any "value" these cons have established over the past decade will be destroyed permanently for all future generations of collectors. Many, if not all, of these exist on fake FDC's. All are worthless and a lie in the face of you and I. The covers and cancels are bogus! As I state over and over, these criminal producers are sophisticated and professional criminals with access to all the resources to create these counterfeit goods.

Noting the dealer Darabanth Auctions sells many counterfeit stamps and is not to be trusted. We now have too much evidence to establish that this dealer is anything other than a counterfeit illegal stamp dealing con who offers them as stamps without telling you what they really are. They are proud to stick their logo right on the images like this one which has done nothing but prove what they truly are. A rip-off dealer. Avoid!



In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
The user name was kir30kirill on eBay (account suspended November 2019).
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling on both sites is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are of pure evil mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times. They are even producing fake stamps for countries controlled by Stamperija. Stamperija's owner has stated that he knows who most of the counterfeit producers are and has some control over stopping their productions at least for countries he has contracts with. This is not the case for this producer. Being located in Russia, I guess they believe that nobody can stop them. I am exposing them which is the first step.
I will note them all "Russian Made Counterfeit Illegal Stamps".

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them.

The Russian producer only produced one set of counterfeit stamps in the name of Gabon dating 2010.

In 2011 the British producer appears to be the only one continuing to produce counterfeits in the name of Gabon.
