The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Niger. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Niger visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Niger section. Sadly because the system was not online until 2002, it does not help in identifying the early era illegal stamps. It does show from 2002 through 2010 what the official stamp issues were in accordance to what the postal authority said in the circular. One should not buy any other issues unless only paying pennies for them. Again, sadly, the country has gone "rouge" against all UPU guidelines for philatelic best practices in regards to stamp production and issuing. I for one would kick them out of the UPU if they continue on this path. The stamps produced to this day are not anything but made to profit from collectors and are 99% excessive of postal needs. This is why from 2011 to present time....none are listed there.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2012

Niger post has been doing well after the Impressor nightmare that ended in 2002. But in 2011 it all started to go bad for Niger. Throughout the years 2001 through 2010 only "issued" and listed stamps are available online. Then all of a sudden in 2011 new illegal stamps appear. These being the unique style distributed by globalphila (user on eBay) and his associates like Marlen Stamps and others known to sell past and current illegal stamps distributed by this user.

In 2012 Niger did not officially issue any stamps. All the major catalogs are in agreement including the Stampworld online catalog and the Colnect catalog.

It is therefore understood that any stamp dating 2012 in the name of Niger is a counterfeit illegal stamp!

Try to find the following listed by any catalog and you will find they are not there. Of course to this day the ones distributing them are the same counterfeit illegal stamp dealers distributing the older Niger illegal stamps and many others in the name of many other countries.

In 2012 globalphila placed several more counterfeit sets on the market. They are being disbursed to this day by their associates including the associates of the British produced older Niger illegal stamp issues.

In 2012 a massive production of Eastern European produced counterfeit illegal stamps were also placed on the market. These being distributed by dealers in Poland and the Netherlands. The present dealer on Delcampe as of the year 2020 is the user gazmito based in Poland. At this time the only dealer on Delcampe selling the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2012 in the name of Niger. His predecessor was collect4all based in the Netherlands who has been kicked off Delcampe for massively selling counterfeit stamps.

Illegal Stamps Made in 2012 through 2014 Disbursed by Eastern European Dealers

The problem with these illegal stamps is that most do not have the year date inscribed on them. Some of the illegal stamps have fake first day covers where the dating ranges from 2012 to 2014. I will show and note this. Finding them among the thousands of listings of the abusive Stamperija stamp listing that has happened for each year from 2013 to present day for Niger is very difficult. That is why I am placing them all on this page.

Noting they all have what the counterfeit producer calls "World of Wildlife" logo's. All the fake FDC's have this on them. All the fake cancels have "wildlife" on them. A cheap "mimic" of the WWF brand meant to deceive non-savvy collectors into thinking they have something to do with the WWF (World Wildlife Fund) which they do not. Even this user on Delcampe collect4all stated in his titles deceptively that they were WWF stamps. This gazmito guy wants to say "personalized". These cons are to be avoided at all costs!

The Vincent Van Gogh Paintings

We have this huge production of paintings by Vincent Van Gogh. All are "stated" by the illegal stamp dealers to be made in 2012. Noting a very similar design with the four stamps placed in the four corners of the souvenir sheet was used on several Stamperija sets in 2014.
I may not have them all here. It does not matter. All are counterfeit illegal stamps and the stamps and the dealers who are selling them should be avoided.

The Sailing Ships

I found listed on Delcampe a number of illegal stamp souvenir sheets featuring famous sailing ships. These being sold by this collect4all in the past and this gazmito now. Both users selling them in the 2012 searches for Niger. Either some were made in 2012 and some in 2013 or, because they are counterfeit, all were made in 2012 but several were placed on fake FDC's dating 2013 to probably widen the buying audience. To keep this simple I show all I found on this year page. Also so you can "fact check" the sales in the past yourself. You will not find any of the listings in a 2013 search on Delcampe unless this gazmito clown changes that status, once he sees this page.

Unlike the counterfeit souvenir sheets above, these next couple have no ship name title on them except on the stamps themselves. There are no souvenir sheets of three offered. Instead these fake first day canceled presentation cards are offered. It is therefore possible and probable they were made in 2013 thus I have dated them as such because of the fake cancels.

Just as suddenly as this "style" of counterfeit illegal stamps appeared.......they disappeared.

Topnimarka Russian Made Counterfeit Stamps Back Dated

In 2019 the company Topnimarka.com based in Russia was discovered to be producing a massive number of counterfeits in the name of many countries. This company has made an extensive number of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Niger. We have since discovered that this rotten to the core company has been producing illegal stamps in recent years and back dating them as if made in earlier years.
So far they have only created one set dating back to 2012. A much more detailed explanation on this company will be found on the 2015 page which is when this company actually started producing counterfeit stamps in the name of Niger. Here is that set.
