Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Kosovo dating 2000

In 2000 the British counterfeit producer creates another mass of counterfeits in the name of Kosovo. Another illegal stamp producer located in Eastern Europe also begins production of counterfeits in the name of Kosovo mainly on the topic of EUROPA.

I have found that Kosovo is apparently not a member of the UPU. Thus they are not a member of the WNS System so you will not find any stamps issued by Kosovo there nor are there any UPU circulars on the problem for this country. Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Some exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2022) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

This page I will present in two sections. First showing the British produced counterfeits and secondly showing the Eastern European produced counterfeits.

In 2000 the British producer and his "buddies" create another mass of counterfeits in the name of Kosovo. Almost all of them are inscribed Kosova. A major production was done creating perforated, and imperforate varieties including color proof sets again! All of them are counterfeit illegal stamps. Quite simply put, Kosovo did not issue any stamps until the year 2000. And that was only one set of 5 stamps. Yet again, here we have a mass of counterfeits as displayed below.

This counterfeit souvenir sheet is basically exclusively being sold by Avion Stamps now. I was able to find a better image of it in past sales on Delcampe as the images provided by Avion Stamps are some of the worst images of "stamps" in the world! This image I picked up from a sale by the user Goldfiscer on Delcampe made long ago. The user of course kicked off Delcampe for selling counterfeits years ago. As was the owner of Avion Stamps who runs as the user rogerpo99 on all the venues. Now his "side kick" JandR_Stamps sells his junk illegally bypassing Delcampe rules. The people behind the distribution of illegal stamps are a close knit pack of rats that infest the stamp market at every turn. Kick them down in one area and they pop up in another.

Noting this one obviously is on the Avion Stamps website but is also being sold by Marlen Stamps. Another one belonging to the British counterfeit producers little "mafia".

I found these being sold by the notorious rat counterfeit seller on the corrupt Hipstamps who is the user Newshop2012. Another seller with mainly lousy images. Why anyone would buy anything from a seller who is too lazy to make a good image of the item being sold (especially in regards to stamps) is beyond me.

Here we have yet another counterfeit that copies genuine EUROPA stamps made in 2000. This was done in the name of numerous countries by the British counterfeiter. Some call them forgeries. They are counterfeit illegal stamps.

The British counterfeit producer completely stopped production of illegal stamps in the name of Kosovo in 2001. This is most likely due to his exposure by Niger and the lawsuits placed upon him which ended up with closing down of the bogus Mayfair International "Security" Printers and France Philatelie and France Philatelie (2000) companies run by the clown.

In 2000 a new player appears. One of the Eastern European counterfeit producers begins his rampage on Kosovo. To this day in 2022 the counterfeits made by this producer are being massively offered. Mainly on Delcampe by one particular user. The user is (at present) sstamps located in Serbia. This con is at present spamming Delcampe with a massive number of sales of these dating from 2000 through 2007. The majority are using the EUROPA topic for each year. Because this freak is offering so much of this trash in so many combinations, it is almost certain the user is either the producer of them or is directly connected with the producer. His massive number of sales says it all. One to be avoided and in the end removed from Delcampe permanently.

Noting other dealers prominent in selling these on Delcampe. Back in 2011 was the user kula261942 located in Italy. Kicked off of Delcampe for selling counterfeits as this sstamps should be. There was beograd2012 in 2013 also located in Italy and also kicked off who left evidence he was using sstamp's images. There are many others that appear to all be interconnected with this sstamps. Almost all of them have been kicked off Delcampe.

This first set is for Christmas and is not using the EUROPA topic.

Note how cheaply made it is. The shoddy perforations as the clown doesn't even have any good perforating device. Avoid!



Here is an example of one of this crooks "multi" sales. I leave the Delcampe frame to show everyone who this freak is. He has been selling them from at least 2011 forward and has never been stopped. The account started in 2010. Time to do something about it Delcampe!

Even our wonderful seller matthijs_philatelie on eBay who has 334,000+ feedbacks is involved. This image taken from his sales. I have found this seller to be no better than the worst counterfeit illegal stamp dealers because he has moved so many counterfeits himself with not one word telling the customers what they are. A disgrace to real collectors and dealers in my book and one I will never buy any stamps from because he has no morals or ethics as a dealer. It is only about making money with this con as he gladly rips off unknowing collectors. There is no excuse for selling them.



Apparently the criminals made two different sizes of this counterfeit souvenir sheet.

Then to bring in more victims they made a different souvenir sheet.

Could not even spell it right as they spell Sydney as Sidney.



Then they made the label from the "Sidney" souvenir sheet into a counterfeit illegal stamp as well!

Probably fake booklets exist as well. Oddly I found no single souvenir sheets that go with them. That started in 2001.

I found one other "set" dating 2000 which appears to be made by a different counterfeit producer. The seller was fredutoit on Delcampe who is located in France. This guy had four different sales of which each was different with different overprints on the counterfeits. I am just showing one of the sales where fake overprints were put on the counterfeits to make them look like red cross semi-postal stamps.

Pretty shocking yes? If these rats worked as hard as they do making and selling counterfeit stamps and instead put that work into selling real stamps they would probably do pretty good. Sadly they are really too lazy and incompetent to do that though....

In 2001 the Eastern European producer makes more counterfeits in the name of Kosovo.....
