other than illegal stamps. You will find that Burkina Faso from 2000 to present time is a very conservative stamp issuing entity.

then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.
If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will
only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves,
these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.
The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso. They are not commonly seen
on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts
on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently
trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can
report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!
It is in 2016 that this criminal actually started producing illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso. The company did not come online
until 2015. They did not produce any counterfeits in the name of Burkina Faso until 2016 yet, as shown on the introduction page for Burkina Faso
illegal stamps, numerous sets were created and back dated.
As stated on the 2019 page this criminal continues to produce counterfeit stamps in the name of Burkina Faso in 2020.
For 2020 sets in the name of Burkina Faso I have found that they have produced 35 different sets dating 2020 and could add more at any time. Avoid them all!

This counterfeit set is a continuation of the series started in 2019. Was it actually made in 2019 and the dealer just put it out as made in 2020? You cannot tell with these liars.

In searching for more illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso dating 2020 I ran across the now infamous spectre-stamps selling a number of them that
are not listed on the Topnimarka website. It appears from previous research that this clown apparently gets certain rights to exclusively sell Topnimarka produced
counterfeits. I note this criminal dealer has now joined the tally of criminal dealers being allowed to sell counterfeit illegal stamps on the (in my opinion)
corrupt stamp selling venue called Hipstamps. This criminal just joined there on June 24, 2020 and has already made 78 feedbacks of which numerous are counterfeits.
None of the following have a year date inscribed on the counterfeit stamps. The criminal dealer(s) state they were made in 2020 now.

the dealer spectre-stamps is a liar on his website stating it is a 2020 issue. Yes, one and the same, He was kicked off of Delcampe long ago for selling counterfeit illegal stamps.
Here is a snapshot of his listings on his personal website. The dealer might say "oh! I made a mistake!" but there is no way that can be with his obvious
familiarity with the counterfeits over the years. This is why the counterfeit stamps are not inscribed with the year. So criminal dealers like this can change
the year at will to fool unknowing victimized collectors and to evade detection when a particular year gets to "hot" for them like it obviously did for 2018.

a dealer to see that sales of this counterfeit date back way before 2020. I propose the former as the dealer has lots of illegal stamps running on Delcampe right now!
It also shows the user olymyc on eBay to be the same dealer as posty on Delcampe. Dinard France is the connection. See how easy it is to trace these ghouls?

As stated on the later pages, you can see that because the UPU and the member countries have sat on their hands for decades on the problem of illegal stamps that we now
have a massive problem with them throughout the world. Criminal producers and dealers of these counterfeit stamps past and present will continue to plague
the philatelic market and many other associated markets until the countries unite and take meaningful legal action to end their criminal careers. It really
is a simple case of the victimized countries like Burkina Faso uniting and taking direct legal action against these criminals in their places of residence.
In a united front against the criminals, there is no way the countries can lose the cases. The evidence of who they are and to convict them is easily found
everywhere. All they have to do....is look on the internet.
For 2021 the production of counterfeit illegal stamps by Topnimarka in the name of Burkina Faso appears to continue as one set is already available.
