Information and reference of illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso dating 2021

Burkina Faso (formerly Upper Volta) has never requested to have a UPU Circular made describing illegal stamps in their county name. This is because until recent years it appears no counterfeit illegal stamps were made. Sadly in 2015 that has all changed and now Burkina Faso is yet another country being victimized by ruthless counterfeit illegal stamp producers and their associated criminal stamp dealers.

Or use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. Do not listen to these dealers trying to convince you they are something other than illegal stamps. You will find that Burkina Faso from 2000 to present time is a very conservative stamp issuing entity.

All imaged illegal stamps are proven to be just that because they are not listed on the WNS site nor any catalog or other site either.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates. Many exist with fake cancels (CTO).
Most times now (2021) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. In some cases the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by experts.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

It appears that in 2021 no other illegal stamp producing entity except one made illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso....so far.

UPDATE July 2022

A new batch of illegal stamps dating 2021 have been attempted to be sold recently in 2022. The sellers user name is stampsv on eBay and stampsv1 on Delcampe. This new "style" of illegal stamps was not on the market in 2021 so it is fairly certain that the illegal stamps have been back dated. The style and format of them is very similar to the Topnimarka brand in which case we now possibly have another criminal dealer in Lithuania attempting to move counterfeits produced by topnimarka which are not offered on the topnimarka website. This same case has been shown with the criminal dealer spectre-stamps in Norway. These people are the worst and will consistently lie. Avoid sellers like this.
Then again, the style also is very similar to Stamperija styles as well. Stamperija has never been allowed a contract with Burkina Faso which is good as it means their reputation has not been ruined by overproduction of abusive stamp issues.

Due to these just coming out in June or July of 2022, I am placing them ahead of the main topnimarka brand counterfeits. stampsv is now a proud new member on the illegal stamp sellers list of people to avoid buying anything from. Seller is a major seller of Stamperija brand stamps. One of the sellers that consistently yells in capital letters "OFFICIAL ISSUE" as if that is convincing anyone they are worth the rip off prices the seller is asking for them. Seller is based in Lithuania so you see the connection in both cases, yes?
Countries effected with these new counterfeits are Burkina Faso (dating 2021), Madagascar (dating 2022) and Mali (dating 2020). All countries that Stamperija has never had any contracts with. Interesting yes?

Illegal Stamps in the name of Burkina Faso Being Disbursed by Topnimarka.com

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

It is in 2016 that this criminal actually started producing illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso. The company did not come online until 2015. They did not produce any counterfeits in the name of Burkina Faso until 2016 yet, as shown on the introduction page for Burkina Faso illegal stamps, numerous sets were created and back dated.

As stated on the 2020 page this criminal continues to produce counterfeit stamps in the name of Burkina Faso in 2021. For 2021 sets in the name of Burkina Faso I have found that they have only produced 1 set dating 2021 in April. Does this mean they stopped? It is very doubtful as long as they are allowed to exist. They can add more at any time. They are on "watch".

Should this company produce more, I will update accordingly until they are gone. Burkina Faso and the many countries these criminals are abusing need to unite and have these people removed from the stamp market. Only with harsh legal action will this end. The countries and the UPU have the ability to do it. They simply need to put it into effect.
