because until recent years it appears no counterfeit illegal stamps were made. Sadly in 2015 that has all changed and now Burkina Faso is yet
another country being victimized by ruthless counterfeit illegal stamp producers and their associated criminal stamp dealers.

other than illegal stamps. You will find that Burkina Faso from 2000 to present time is a very conservative stamp issuing entity.

Most times now (2021) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. In some cases the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets
and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by experts.
Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer
that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer
because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites
then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.
The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe
and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.
If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will
only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2019
In searching for counterfeit stamps nothing other than the Topnimarka brand were found over recent years. That changed for 2019. A large
group of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso appeared on the online venues being sold by mainly Eastern European and Russian dealers. I have seen
these same dealers before selling illegal stamps in the name of other countries as well thus again it must be stressed not to deal with them
with any form of trust that the stamps they are selling to you are real. Their history shows they have been selling a lot of the following counterfeit
stamps to collecting victims over the past couple years. These dealers user names are as follows.
On eBay
mapka666 located in the Russian Federation. A now notorious counterfeit seller.
customimpressions located in the U.S.
berndjosef61 located in Germany. Very bad.
europolstamps located in Poland.
On Delcampe
gwerid located in France.
ttomauto located in France.
tvvt located in Russia.
On Hipstamps
mapka located in the Russian Federation. Yes, mapka666 on eBay.

None should be trusted or dealt with on any terms as they are obviously deceitful and bad sellers. It should be obvious to most people
that these dealers like this are the only ones selling this junk. If they were genuine stamps, then there would be many more dealers
selling them, let alone collectors selling their collections. This "pattern" is quite obvious throughout illegal stamp sales. In a major portion
of cases it is a small group of bad dealers selling them exclusively showing they are directly connected with the producers. Those dealers need
to be rounded up and severely punished by the victimized countries through legal action and forced to reveal the sources of production.

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves,
these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.
The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso. They are not commonly seen
on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts
on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently
trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can
report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!
It is in 2016 that this criminal actually started producing illegal stamps in the name of Burkina Faso. The company did not come online
until 2015. They did not produce any counterfeits in the name of Burkina Faso until 2016 yet, as shown on the introduction page for Burkina Faso
illegal stamps, numerous sets were created and back dated.
For 2019 this company continued to produce counterfeits in the name of Burkina Faso. Indeed they "slowed down" a bit probably because of the massive production of 2018 counterfeits.
For 2019 sets in the name of Burkina Faso I have found that no sets were back dated. They have produced 34 different sets dating 2019 and could add more at any time. Avoid them all!
I must also note that the user mapka666 on eBay has been extensively selling the 2019 Concorde counterfeit set showing direct ties to Topnimarka.

This user is massively selling the counterfeits shown above and is the most prominent seller of them not only on eBay, but on Delcampe and Hipstamps as well.
As you can see the user is located in the Russian Federation. Do you not see the connection? There is tons of evidence against this user for selling counterfeits,
forgeries, unauthorized reproductions and other bogus stamps. Of course the user sells many legitimate items as well. But it does not matter because the user sells
so much bogus material intermixed that you cannot trust the dealer in any regards. The counterfeits in the name of Burkina Faso are just a small taste of what this
user sells in regards to counterfeits thus already the user has ripped off thousands of buyers across the stamp selling venues and will continue to do so until
stopped
permanently.

This following image is but a very small taste of what this dealer has sold in the past 90 days between February through April of 2021. All in all at
the time of checking this I found 258 sales of just these counterfeit 2019 Burkina Faso illegal stamps by just this one user! In other words, this user is making a ton
of money ripping off buyers from all over the world! Do you not think this dealer should be harshly dealt with by the victimized countries like Burkina Faso
and by the buyers who have unknowingly been ripped off thinking these counterfeits are real?

Again, You can see that because the UPU and the member countries have sat on their hands for decades on the problem of illegal stamps that we now
have a massive problem with them throughout the world. Criminal producers and dealers of these counterfeit stamps past and present will continue to plague
the philatelic market and many other associated markets until the countries unite and take meaningful legal action to end their criminal careers. It really
is a simple case of the victimized countries like Burkina Faso uniting and taking direct legal action against these criminals in their places of residence.
In a united front against the criminals, there is no way the countries can lose the cases. The evidence of who they are and to convict them is easily found
everywhere. All they have to do....is look on the internet.
