Information and Reference of Counterfeit Illegal Stamps for Gabon that date 2019
Online research shows that the first counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon (Republique Gabonaise) were produced in 2006. Although Gabon is a
member of the Universal Postal Union, up to this time (February 2020) they have never formally posted a UPU circular denouncing any of them. We are working
toward having this done soon.

All of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates. Many are found as color proofs and many fake First Day Covers have been produced as well.
Many times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets are separated and are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the
souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and/or experts like myself.
Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer
that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer
because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites
then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.
The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe
and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.
If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will
only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.
2019
According to the WNS system 24 stamps are registered to have been issued in 2018. The Colnect catalog and the Stampworld catalog
and every other stamp catalog are not in agreement with this. The catalogs are stating the stamps were issued in 2019.
Specifying they were issued on January 24, 2019. The WNS system registers them as issued on December 31, 2018. There are
no First Day Covers I can find. Of course all used examples date 2019. I have found the catalogs to be wrong in dating
issued stamps with other countries. At this time the WNS system overrides all of the catalogs because the stamps are officially
registered with the UPU as being issued on December 31, 2018. If the catalog editors can show solid proof that the WNS system is wrong
then I would like to see it.

As of February 2020 the WNS system has no official stamps registered for 2019 in the name of Gabon.
It is therefore understood that any stamp dating 2019 in the name of Gabon is a Counterfeit Illegal Stamp!

In 2019 production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon continue at a feverish rate! The Russian producer again dominates with an enormous number of 60 sets.
globalphila styles decrease very slightly to 12 sets. The Russian producer asks around $25.00 for one set. They were averaging over $7,000.00 a month in counterfeit sales on eBay alone
when we got them shut down. The globalphila distributors are offering each souvenir sheet as perforated at ranges of $10.00 to $17.00 for just one!
Marlen Stamps is trying to get close to $40.00 for one imperforate version of any of the souvenir sheets. That would mean
you would be paying this con around $80.00 for an imperforate set that is worthless! All these clowns are averaging around $50-150.00 a month in sales of counterfeit
Gabon stamps alone just on eBay on my last check. Now do the math. How much are they making on all the other counterfeits in the name of many other countries per month?
I can tell you easily. They are making loads of money off them. The completed and sold listings options tell it all. Bet the government tax systems would like to have
a look at it. They are not just selling on eBay either. They have their fingers in every venue you can think of.
Yet our "experts" at the UPU don't see a problem....

I note this following Military Aircraft set has been produced recently (February 2020). It is listed on the Topnimarka website as
a "new item" along with numerous other "new items" with dates all the way back to 2017. Considering this company is the producer, the
evidence is now proven that this company puts false year dates on counterfeit stamps years after when they say they were produced. All of
this is documented and retained in snapshots of the website. These people do not even have any honor in regards to producing
these counterfeits unlike the older counterfeit producers that at least up to now produce all the counterfeits in the year of "issue".

Here we have a glut of space related topics made by the Russian producer. I note that all of them have no date inscribed on the stamps.
This appears to be a new "tactic". No date inscribed allows the producer and any distributors to make false statements on when they appeared thus creating more chaos.
Also they appear not to have the single stamp souvenir sheets made either. Also the fake denominations have changed as well.
There is also one set made by the globalphila bunch. What a mess! All are counterfeit and therefore worthless! Avoid buying any of them!

Again, we can see that counterfeit production has gone way too far in the name of Gabon. We can see there are only a few people involved in this crime.
Those people should be brought to justice and dealt with in the harshest manner of legal action against them. Gabon and the UPU should be ashamed of what they have allowed to happen.
This shows us the complete lack of strong leadership within the UPU.
In 2020 new counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon are being produced by the Russian producer right now. As of March 1, 2020 they are listing 3 new Gabon
counterfeit sets dating 2020 and I am quite certain there will be many more.
