The 20c and 40c are noted in Scott catalog as being reissued in 1986 with a "1986" imprint.
Stanley Gibbons gives them numbers 188B and 190B. Information is vague on these.
Scott lists pricing as the same for both issues whereas SG prices the 40c WITHOUT imprint at more than double the imprinted one.
WHY???
