Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Uganda Dating 2016

The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Uganda. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

You should therefore use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. Do not listen to these dealers trying to convince you the following displayed stamps are something other than counterfeit illegal stamps.

To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Uganda visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Uganda section. Uganda has posted every official stamp they have issued since the WNS system was created in 2002.

Some of the illegal stamps are shown in their Cinderella section and noted as Cinderella. This is a major error as they are not Cinderella stamps by any circumstance. The only counterfeits they show are for some of the illegal stamps dating 2016. There are many more as you will see.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates. Some exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2016

In 2016 a kind of explosion of illegal stamps surfaced onto the market. A last ditch effort by an undefined producer was made of which evidence shows the producer supplying illegal stamp dealers in the Asian market as well as other Eastern European illegal stamp dealers. The evil Topnimarka topping them with a large number of counterfeit sets being marketed in Russia.

The first section will be counterfeits produced by either the Eastern European criminals or a Spanish based producer. The styles also are similar to the British producers styles but none of those distributors are offering any. The second section will be the counterfeits being distributed by topnimarka. As of August 2020 the evidence on the market shows the all illegal stamp producers stopped production after this year and Topnimarka continues to present (2020) time.

The following counterfeit illegal stamps are being sold at present and in the past by the following users.

On eBay they are at present (2020) being sold by user:

minifi-51 based in Poland. A new account believed to be created or associated with europost-stamps and or europolstamps. A rotten dealer in all regards of which this account will not be tolerated much longer.

norita20132013 based in Romania. A known and being watched illegal stamp distributor.

ikey-center based in Spain. Yet another known and being watched illegal stamp dealer.

p3718583219 located in Taiwan. A notorious criminal illegal stamp distributor kicked off Delcampe for selling counterfeits.

plonto123 located in Italy. Likes to break the stamps from the souvenir sheets. Just made it to the illegal stamps sellers list! Congrats!

On Delcampe they are at present being sold by user:

luisgrilo2008 located in Portugal. A notorious illegal stamp dealer that needs to be removed.

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2016 in the name of Uganda. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown in the Haiti section for instance. For Uganda this is the case as out of the following 2016 counterfeit sets 6 were made after 2016 and back dated 2016.

I note that many of the counterfeits have had their images placed on pinterest.com, starina.ru and meshok.net thus "infesting" the internet worldwide.

This is one of the sets I spotted on eBay in 2019 when this criminal company was selling the counterfeits under the user name kir30kirill. They were selling it with no country name or year in the title to avoid detection by experts, fully targeting topical collectors to victimize them. Selling them as if genuine postage stamps which is yet one of many reasons these kind of people must be stopped through legal action.
These images were taken directly from this criminals eBay lot and yes, the sale is recorded and can be used as evidence to convict.

Geograficheyasky means geographical, and when you Google the word it brings up a ton of the images posted by this criminal. It will now also bring up mine very soon!

Tupolev Aircraft

In 2016 the criminal Russian producer made the following sets on the topic of Tupolev aircraft. Andrei Tupolev was an aerospace pioneer and engineer who was the founder in 1922 of the Soviet Tupolev Design Bureau. This counterfeit producer creates counterfeit stamps on this topic in the name of many countries. For Uganda in this year he produced 5 sets relating to it which is rather excessive in comparison to sets made in the name of other countries in a given year.
You will find that this producer is quite repetitive in nature and uses the same images over and over again simply changing the sizes, positioning, and so forth using a simple photoshop type program to do it. This producer steals common images off the internet to make the counterfeits. In many cases it appears his resources are very limited in nature in getting access to the images possibly because of Russian censorship. In any case, everything that is produced and being sold by this company needs to be avoided and in the end, removed from every facet of the stamp collecting market. Why?
Because they are counterfeit illegal stamps!

This one page shows you the extent of damage that one criminal person or group of people can do to the philatelic market. This is why stricter laws, rules and enforcement need to be established against these types of criminal producers and their distributors in which to apprehend and bring them to justice no matter what country they reside in or run to when exposed.

In 2017 Topnimarka reigns supreme in production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Uganda.
