Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Uganda Dating 2017

The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Uganda. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

You should therefore use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. Do not listen to these dealers trying to convince you the following displayed stamps are something other than counterfeit illegal stamps.

To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Uganda visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Uganda section. Uganda has posted every official stamp they have issued since the WNS system was created in 2002.

Some of the illegal stamps are shown in their Cinderella section and noted as Cinderella. This is a major error as they are not Cinderella stamps by any circumstance. The only counterfeits they show are for some of the illegal stamps dating 2016. There are many more as you will see.

All of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

In 2017 The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2017 in the name of Uganda. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown in the Haiti section for instance. For Uganda this is the case as out of the following 2017 counterfeit sets 1 was made in 2018 and back dated 2017.

As of August 2020 this criminal company is distributing 11 different counterfeit illegal stamp sets dating 2017 in the name of Uganda. They slowed down production of counterfeit sets in this year probably because of the massive number of sets made in 2016.

I note that many of the counterfeits have had their images placed on pinterest.com, starina.ru and meshok.net thus "infesting" the internet worldwide.

There is no evidence of any other producer creating illegal stamps in the name of Uganda dating 2017.

This set must have been created "on request" by one of this criminals customers. Hardly anyone in the western world would know or recognize this singer. The topic definitely targeting the Russian population alone. Evidence has been obtained of this criminals ability to create a requested topic within one month of the request with the "lie" he found a set with the requested topic.

This set of counterfeit illegal stamps was created in 2018 and back dated to 2017. They were never on the market until 2018.

In 2017 the criminal producer again starts his communist propaganda campaign on counterfeits in the name of Uganda using the topics of Stalin and Lenin. He does this in the name of every country he produces the counterfeit illegal stamps for. These must be targeting the Russian collectors as most other collectors around the world have little interest in these Russian leaders. It is to be assured that nobody in Uganda has any such interest in them at all!

This is why stricter laws, rules and enforcement need to be established against these types of criminal producers and their distributors in which to apprehend and bring them to justice no matter what country they reside in or run to when exposed.

In 2018 Topnimarka again reigns supreme in production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Uganda producing another large quantity of counterfeit sets.
