In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2017 in the name of Namibia. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown in the Haiti section for instance. For Namibia this is the case for some of the following sets as well.

As of October 2020 this company is distributing 19 different counterfeit illegal stamp sets dating 2017 in the name of Namibia on their website. Out of those, 6 sets were made after 2017 and back dated to 2017. The production of illegal stamps decreased for this year possibly because sales were not so good? Noting that for this year the criminal produced many of the following sets using the atrocious "photoshop" style. Taking images from the internet and virtually destroying them with a photoshop type program making what I consider quite ugly and very cheaply made counterfeits.

This criminal consistently uses the same images on many of the counterfeit stamps on the topic of the presidents of the United States. This occurs in many sets in the name of the many countries he is victimizing. In some cases the same images are used over and over, year after year using the same victimized countries name! I guess his resources are very limited. Or he is just too lazy to get new images.

Notice on this counterfeit souvenir sheet the title "Famous Cars Tupolev". They sure do not look like "cars" to me! Poor design planning.

It is stated on the Topnimarka site that this set of counterfeits is "out of stock". Now how can that be when they can print them at will?

It is as if this criminal wants to flaunt this topic in the face of Namibia and the UPU for publishing circular 40 in 2016 condemning his 2015 counterfeit World Cup Soccer set. They should really take this company out with legal force!

This page once again shows how little Namibia and the UPU knew about what was really going on. This is why stricter laws, rules and enforcement need to be established against these types of criminal producers and their distributors in which to apprehend and bring them all to justice no matter what country they reside in or run to when exposed.

In 2018 the production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Namibia by this criminal explodes! Also another criminal appears....
