Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Namibia dating 2018

In 2018 another criminal producer places a set of dinosaur related counterfeit illegal stamps on the market in the name of Namibia. This producer has produced many of the same style of illegal stamps in the names of many countries. They "appear" to be coming out of either China or Taiwan. Yet they are also being distributed by other bad sellers located in other countries on eBay and Delcampe as well. The main distributor of them though is a really bad seller with the user name p3718583219 on eBay. He is located in Taiwan and is a seller of many counterfeit illegal stamps. He was kicked off Delcampe for selling counterfeits under the user name p3718583218. He needs to be removed from eBay as well.

Sellers presently or in the past found to be selling this illegal stamp set or part of it are:

p3718583219 on eBay located in Taiwan.
juergiflo on eBay located in Germany.
goingtopost on Delcampe located in located in Ukraine.
p3718583218 on Delcampe located in Taiwan. Permanently kicked off.

All are noted to be "small fry" counterfeit illegal stamp dealers of which all are "problem" sellers. They need to be stopped permanently in the selling of any stamps because they are not to be trusted in any regards. They are bad sellers who depend on ripping you off!

I note the inscribed country name on the illegal stamps is NAMIBE. You will not find them under that name in searches. All of these criminal dealers sell them stating they are from Namibia. The artist who the images were taken from is Tuomas Koivurinne who is in Finland. Does he know this?

These illegal stamp souvenir sheets should be avoided by all collectors and the dealers who sell them avoided as well.

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2018 in the name of Namibia. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown in the Haiti section for instance. For Namibia this is the case for some of the following sets as well.

As of October 2020 this company is distributing 69 different counterfeit illegal stamp sets dating 2018 in the name of Namibia on their website. Out of those, 7 sets were made after 2018 and back dated to 2018. The production of illegal stamps increased dramatically for this year! Noting again that for this year the criminal produced many of the following sets using the atrocious "photoshop" style. Taking images from the internet and virtually destroying them with a photoshop type program making what I consider quite ugly and very cheaply made counterfeits.

There are numerous sets created by this criminal producer that do not have the set of single stamp souvenir sheets offered. it has been seen that in some cases a buyer will ask the dealer if they know of any stamps that have a particular model of car on them for example. Miraculously the dealer will suddenly in a couple months say he found a set with the requested image on it! The image on the illegal stamp of course can be found on the internet. This proven with exact matching. Many times this criminal will use his little "photoshop" program to alter the image but it is still quite easy to match with the stolen image. These requested topics are usually produced like this set without the set of single stamp souvenir sheets.

I found this set of counterfeit illegal stamps was being sold on eBay in 2018-2019 by the user kir30kirill before he was kicked off for selling counterfeit stamps. Of course that user was and is the owner of Topnimarka.com. How many eBayer's were ripped off before he was removed? Namibia could easily find out. This user was not using country name nor year dates in the titles, strictly targeted toward topical collectors and the tactics used by evil dealers who try to hide their counterfeit sales from experts like myself. If the seller is not using the name of the country of issue in the title or description it is time to look at them closer.

You can see he favors Russian celebrities and topics in many of the illegal stamp sets produced. This is because they are geared toward ripping off Russian collectors who are unknowing of what is real and what is counterfeit due to censorship of resources outside the Russian borders. They "think" that the countries being victimized are also in the same mind frame when in reality, they would never have stamps like these made in their name. Most people in Namibia don't even know nor even care who Stalin was!

This is why stricter laws, rules and enforcement need to be established against these types of criminal producers and their distributors in which to apprehend and bring them all to justice no matter what country they reside in or run to when exposed.
