Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and on fake First Day covers.
Most of the time now, (2016), the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. In some cases the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets
and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.
If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will
only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.
2014
The production of illegal stamps for Madagascar continues on an even larger scale than the previous years. Namely because
of no retaliation against dealers of them and no new circulars being generated at the UPU since 2008.
The block souvenir sheetlets and "diamond" shaped stamp souvenir sheets "series" started in 2013 continues. All are
illegal stamps! The same dealers (or should we call them "stealers") are selling them. More evidence they are connected with the
illegal stamp producers hands down!
In 2012 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
The user name was kir30kirill on eBay. Kicked off there now. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are of pure evil The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times. They are even producing fake stamps
for countries controlled by Stamperija. Stamperija's owner has stated that he knows who most of the counterfeit producers are and has some control over stopping their productions
at least for countries he has contracts with. This is not the case for this producer. Being located in Russia, I guess they believe that nobody can stop them. I am exposing them
which is the first step. I will note them all "Russian Made Counterfeit Illegal Stamps". The Russian counterfeit producer appears not to have started producing counterfeit
illegal stamps in the name of Madagascar until this year.....2014. Recent times (2020) I have discovered this company is producing counterfeits and "back dating" them meaning
status on what they are producing can change. A corrupt company to its very core.

Just about every illegal stamp issue with this style for Madagascar have fake First Day covers. Note the sellers logo. This seller is also
very proud to sell you illegal stamps and rip you off! One who is "too big to fail" according to the U.S. dealers and associations
simply because this dealer feeds them money in full page ads in their stamp newspapers and magazines. It is very sad that our supposed
respectable stamp societies and news media turn a blind eye to this illegal activity that is right under their noses simply because
they would rather collect dirty money than to stop them.

In 2014 new styles of illegal stamps were introduced. Either a competing illegal stamp producer has emerged or they were made by the same
producers. I think it is the latter because even though the style is quite distinct and because some topics duplicate topics the maker of the above
illegal stamps produced also has been found to produce these styles as well.
This is also as I stated above when the Russian producer comes in. I will list the Russian produced illegal stamps among this group. At present
I could only find one set for this year.

I found this set being offered by the unscrupulous dealer mapka on Delcampe. What is odd aside from the difference in style is the denomination.
Instead of the denomination being "MGA" it is "Ariary" like genuine stamps. yet, these are not listed in any catalogs. Who made them?

The company was not online until 2015 yet the following sets dating 2014 were produced. This company is known to back date the counterfeit stamps years
after the actual date they were made. This is the case with these sets.

In 2016 the criminal producer made several sets on the topic of Olympic Champions at the 2014 Sochi Russia Olympic Games. Of course he
back dated them to 2014. Profits from those sets must have been good because in 2018 he produced a larger number of the sets on the same
topic and back dated all of them to 2014 making the following huge set! Avoid them!
