These are the only stamp issues for Madagascar in 2012 and 2013. Everything else is fake and illegal stamps.
Noting the dating on the stamps is 2012. According to the WNS system they were issued in 2013.

All imaged illegal stamps are for the years 2012 and 2013.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and on fake First Day covers.
Most times now (2016) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. In some cases the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2013

In this year the production of illegal stamps for Madagascar really ramped up! The sets got larger and it appears that more than one producer became involved noting the difference in styles and in some cases....duplication of a topical subject. The rats are feasting on your hard earned money!

The following sheetlets and corresponding souvenir sheet were massively produced and there are many fake First Day covers with them on them. The sellers are offering them in price ranges of $12-$50.00 each! They are not worth the cost of the paper they were printed on!

Just about every illegal stamp issue with this style for Madagascar have fake First Day covers. Note the sellers logo. This seller is also very proud to sell you illegal stamps and rip you off! One who is "too big to fail" according to the U.S. dealers and associations simply because this dealer feeds them money in full page ads in their stamp newspapers and magazines. It is very sad that our supposed respectable stamp societies and news media turn a blind eye to this illegal activity that is right under their noses simply because they would rather collect dirty money than to stop them.

You can see this massive set was produced with complete intent of hitting as many "topical" collectors as possible. The intent of the producers is to flood the market with as much as they can in the way of topics and sell as many as they can before someone blows the whistle on them. By then it is too late for the victims and thus, producers and dealers walk away with handsome profits stolen from collectors "thinking" they are buying legitimate postal items from this country.

Try selling them back to the dealer you purchased them from. Guaranteed they will not buy them back or will offer you "pennies" to what you paid for them.

Were all the above souvenir sheets produced at the same time?
Possibly, I do not know. It is possible and probable that for some "series", different topics were or are produced at later times (sometimes years) to enhance the collection. These producers do not honor time in a postal sense because these "stamps" have no postal validity meaning they can print them in 2016 and just put a different year (like 2013) on them. They can and most likely have even "reprinted" many if they all sell out.
The plates and such used to print them can and are easily saved by the producers for reuse if they deem it profitable.

I do not think this is all of them. Basically, if they look like these they are illegal stamps. Presently sold individually at outrageous prices!
