Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Kosovo dating 2011 through 2021

It seems that all was quiet after 2007 in production of illegal stamps in the name of Kosovo until 2011. All of a sudden one of the Eastern European counterfeit producers started up again. Once again producing counterfeit illegal stamps on the topic of EUROPA.

I have found that Kosovo is apparently not a member of the UPU. Thus they are not a member of the WNS System so you will not find any stamps issued by Kosovo there nor are there any UPU circulars on the problem for this country. Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Some exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2022) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2011

In 2011 the Eastern European counterfeit producer began to make illegal stamp sets in the name of Kosovo again. Between 2011 and 2013 this producer makes more counterfeit sets mainly on the topic of EUROPA. It is interesting that in 2006 Kosovo did actually start issuing stamps on the topic of EUROPA. To this day in 2022 they have issued sets of EUROPA stamps every year. The counterfeits look nothing like them.

The prominent seller and provider of of this 2011 counterfeit souvenir sheet is member389845 on Hipstamps located in Israel. This clown has been selling counterfeit stamps for years on Delcampe. It appears he just recently got kicked off Delcampe and has moved his counterfeit sales fully to Hipstamps. This is because at this point Hipstamps corrupt management is allowing the major counterfeit illegal stamp dealers to run rampant on their stamp auction venue. I have found that they are buddies with several of them including this Juan Montero who is the proven user artstamps there. After being shown,the management wishes to deny making changes to their website in regards to sales of counterfeits and thus the venue is a dangerous place to buy stamps. I for one will never buy anything on that site because they knowingly allow known major counterfeit illegal stamp dealers who have been kicked off Delcampe and eBay to infest the site with thousands of counterfeit stamps namely because that is where they are making a large portion of their profits from. Denying it cannot happen because the emails between the management and myself are retained showing their disinterest in stopping it.

Noting this ghoul also sells numerous bogus catalogs on CD. All in the attempts to legitimize their counterfeit goods and bogus labels purported to be British Locals. 90% of what is listed in this guys "catalogs" is bogus and fake. A lot of work done to deceive collectors. You can easily look at it this way. If they were legitimate they would have been listed by real specialists long ago and not put in some cheap, bogus CD catalog made up by an illegal stamp peddling clown like this! Avoid!

Here again, the criminal producer tries to enjoin the counterfeits with the real EUROPA stamps issued in 2011 which were also on the topic of "forests".

This counterfeit is also designed to fool you into thinking it belongs with the genuine issued set which is on the same topic of "Visit Kosovo". This image also provided by the ghoul member389845 on Hipstamps. It was sold in the past also by myphila01 on Delcampe who is located in the Netherlands and who has long been kicked off Delcampe for selling counterfeits.

2013

All of a sudden it appears the criminals stopped. The reasons why are unknown. It appears Kosovo was not victimized by them again until 2019.

2019

I could only find reference to this counterfeit illegal stamp on the Colnect catalog for Cinderella stamps. Verified as illegal and one of the very few illegal stamps listed there.



Then it appears all stopped again until 2021.

We can see by the years these counterfeits were made that the criminals behind it have no intention to stop. Countries like Kosovo need to unite with others and investigate the origins of these counterfeits and go after the dealers who peddle them. Take down the sellers and you will find the producer....it is guaranteed.
