The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Haiti. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Haiti visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Haiti section. You will be amazed to see that only a couple issues dating 2002 and 2003 are listed. This is because since 2003 Haiti has been in political turmoil and has had many other problems. Since 2003 they have not issued any stamps at all! Yet there a ton for sale dating many of the years in which there should be none offered.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2006

In 2006 Haiti did not issue any stamps. It is therefore understood that any stamp in the name of Haiti dating 2006 is a counterfeit illegal stamp!

In 2006 the British producers continued production of illegal stamps in the name of Haiti. These same producers are the ones that started the illegal stamp trade. It is pretty much obvious who they are yet they have never been fully exposed nor dealt with significantly by the victimized countries nor the UPU namely because of a lack of leadership in regards to the illegal stamp phenomena.

Sellers that are offering these counterfeit illegal stamps as of June 2020. If you compare you will find they are the same illegal stamp distributors involved in selling many counterfeit illegal stamps.

The production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Haiti by the British producers ended in this year. Probably because of their fear of getting caught due to the publishing of circular 367.
In 2007 a new producer begins.....
