The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Haiti. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Haiti visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Haiti section. You will be amazed to see that only a couple issues dating 2002 and 2003 are listed. This is because since 2003 Haiti has been in political turmoil and has had many other problems. Since 2003 they have not issued any stamps at all! Yet there a ton for sale dating many of the years in which there should be none offered.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2007

In 2007 Haiti did not issue any stamps. It is therefore understood that any stamp in the name of Haiti dating 2006 is a counterfeit illegal stamp!

In 2007 the British producers completely disappear from the scene. It appears this is the way they operated. A UPU circular gets issued and they run and hide like rats. In 2007 a different producer creates the following counterfeit set.

Sellers that are offering these counterfeit illegal stamps as of June 2020. If you compare you will find they are the same illegal stamp distributors involved in selling many counterfeit illegal stamps.

Noting that the dealers list the following illegal stamps under both "Haiti 2007" and "Haiti 2008" searches. Also (as you can see) the users are very different than the users selling the British produced counterfeits. The majority of them are coming out of China, France, and Russia.

It is believed the producer of the following illegal stamps is in China.

2007 Olympic Games in Beijing 2008 in Souvenir Sheets of 6

Noting there are four different "types" of the souvenir sheet inscribed with the letter A,B,D, or D. There is really no difference in them other than the lettering and the figures inscribed on the left and right sides of the sheet. A really cheap way to make a "larger" set to profit from. Avoid!

The producer of these counterfeit illegal stamps must have access to advanced printing machinery to be able to produce them. This sheet is made from pure silk where you can only separate the stamps with scissors.

Two more counterfeit souvenir sheets were made with five stamps in a circle design and one large stamp in a rectangle design.

The counterfeit souvenir sheets shown above were also made with three dimensional stamps. One angle showing the "mascots" and the other angle showing the views.



All of the above illegal stamps are being sold at a high price ranging from $5-15.00 for them. Because they are illegal stamps they have no value. The people who are selling them are not to be trusted by buyers either because they lack the knowledge of what they are selling or they are simply criminal dealers. Not one of the listed sellers says anything about their fake nature.

The production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Haiti stops completely until 2010. Then...something odd appears......
