Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer
that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer
because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites
then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.
If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will
only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
The user name was kir30kirill on eBay although since November 2019 the user has been kicked off.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are of pure evil and were not listing on eBay by country name to avoid detection and mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries.
The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times. They are even producing fake stamps
for countries controlled by Stamperija. Stamperija's owner has stated that he knows who most of the counterfeit producers are and has some control over stopping their productions
at least for countries he has contracts with. This is not the case for this producer. Being located in Russia, I guess they believe that nobody can stop them. I am exposing them
which is the first step. I will note them all "Russian Made Counterfeit Illegal Stamps" should the British producers fire up again....
In 2016 The Gambia reduced their number of topical issues considerably. I have found both online catalogs mentioned above to
be quite accurate. Since 1989 the country has had many topical issues produced. I note that it appears they have become more conservative starting in 2016.
In 2016 because there has been no retaliation against the Russian producer for any of the 2014-2015 counterfeits they produced, they have become emboldened.
Since then this one producer has created and is placing on the market this nightmare glut of counterfeit illegal stamps. Each year to present time (2019)
this producer is producing more and more counterfeits. It needs to be stopped not just for the Gambia, but all the countries this producer is targeting..
In 2017 the Russian counterfeiter produced 37 sets. This is at least everything dating 2017 that is presented on their website.
In 2018 they produced 44 sets. In other words....it gets worse.
It has been found that this criminal is producing stamps in later years and backdating them to previous years. This will be noted.

Noting that sets like this one being offered by this counterfeiter without the souvenir sheets of one, probably and most likely exist and/or
they can be produced at will should interest in the topic influence the producer into making them. Anything produced by this company like this is
worthless!

In 2019 this one producer continues the massive onslaught of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of the Gambia. Producing 52 more sets. Will it continue?
Yes, unless the UPU and the Gambia start to take responsible action and perform their duty enacting legal action which they can fully do.
