Information and Reference of Counterfeit Illegal Stamps for Gabon that date 2015

Online research shows that the first counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon (Republique Gabonaise) were produced in 2006. Although Gabon is a member of the Universal Postal Union, up to this time (January 2020) they have never formally posted a UPU circular denouncing any of them. We are working toward having this done soon.

The following images are of counterfeit illegal stamps produced in the name of Gabon dating 2015. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

You will find the styles and designs of the following illegal stamps completely different.

Here we go!

All of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates. Many are found as color proofs and many fake First Day Covers have been produced as well.
Many times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets are separated and are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and/or experts like myself.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2015

According to the WNS system no stamps are registered to have been issued in 2015. The Colnect catalog lists nothing for 2015. The Stampworld catalog lists two stamps.

The Scott catalog lists a pair of stamps commemorating the First Oil From Remboué Oil Field as number 1107. I note in 2019 there is a revision to the listing. Earlier catalogs list the pair as 1107 and 1108. This has and will be revised to the new single number 1107 in all future Scott catalogs.

Michel catalog lists the pair as numbers 1723 and 1724. So why are they not registered on the WNS system and why are they not listed on the Colnect online catalog? I note seeing several used examples around.

Hopefully this helps to clarify what was issued in 2015 for people who are confused by these discrepancies.

It is therefore understood that any stamp dating 2015 in the name of Gabon other than the above issues is a Counterfeit Illegal Stamp!

On ebid I could only find one counterfeit dealer selling counterfeit Gabon stamps. This user of course is Roger West owner of Avion Stamps. Selling British produced counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon from the beginning 2006 to 2015. rogerpo99

In 2015 production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon increases. Both the globalphila styles and the Russian producer dominate.

Here we have a new "style" produced through the globalphila arena. You may ask why I state this over and over. It is because we have acquired a mass of evidence that the user on eBay is the first to present the newest counterfeit illegal stamps of their own styles. Then a month or two later their connected distributors in the U.S. and U.K suddenly obtain those same counterfeit stamps and begin their mass "spamming" of sales of the garbage. This evidence has been retained through dated snapshots of their sales and retained in the eBay database. For some reason these people think their history of criminal sales is erased as time goes on. For their information, everything is retained. They cannot get away with it once legal action is enacted. And yes, we know who you are and where you reside. Crimes as in selling counterfeit goods, possession of counterfeit goods, tax evasion, money laundering and many other charges are only inches away from these people. I personally would not want to be within 50 feet of these people as they would surely sweep you into their web of crimes when the hammer falls.

They are not authorized to produce them by the countries they inscribe on the stamps and by doing this and placing monetary values on them they are committing a crime. They are producing everything from varieties to fake First Day Covers of them as well. Therefore they are known illegal stamp producers. Avoid!

Avoid all First Day Covers of these counterfeit stamps. The cancels are fake along with everything else about them. The dealer selling this wants $22.95 for it! it is not worth 22 cents!

Here we have signed artist's die proofs of the counterfeit stamp from the souvenir sheet above. Of all dealers to be selling them, these are being sold by Henry Gitner on eBay! Wanting $99.99 for each one! And states they are "SCARCE". Now what is a wonderful upstanding ASDA member doing selling die proofs of counterfeit illegal stamps and acting as if he does not know what they are, yet knows they are "SCARCE"? Considering they are supposed to be professional major worldwide stamp dealers. Never thought to wonder why they are not listed in any catalog Henry? For shame! You should never have trusted Marlen Stamps to sell them to you. Their logo still at the bottom of all the images of them proving who originally had them.
Sorry to say but you got ripped!
