Information and Reference of Counterfeit Illegal Stamps for Gabon that date 2016

Online research shows that the first counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon (Republique Gabonaise) were produced in 2006. Although Gabon is a member of the Universal Postal Union, up to this time (January 2020) they have never formally posted a UPU circular denouncing any of them. We are working toward having this done soon.

All of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates. Many are found as color proofs and many fake First Day Covers have been produced as well.
Many times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets are separated and are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and/or experts like myself.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

According to the WNS system no stamps are registered to have been issued in 2016. The Colnect catalog and the Stampworld catalog and every other stamp catalog are in agreement with this.

It is therefore understood that any stamp dating 2016 in the name of Gabon is a Counterfeit Illegal Stamp!

In 2016 production of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Gabon increases dramatically! Both the globalphila styles and the Russian producer dominate. The Russian counterfeit producer dominating, creating a whopping 47 sets and the globalphila group producing 9 different sets. This page and the following pages show why a dealer like Topnimarka.com must be stopped with legal action. They have no regard for the stamp collector nor any other stamp dealer. Their intent is to produce as many counterfeits as they can and rip off everyone. Luckily we have ousted them from eBay and Delcampe thus limiting their sources of victims to within Russia and the surrounding areas. They have and will continue to try to reach the worldwide market until the Russian authorities shut down their counterfeit operation.

In 2016 europolstamps started pushing these fake counterfeits on eBay. I note recently (2020) several other users including a new account which just got slammed for selling counterfeit stamps on eBay were trying to sell some of these. I call these the Eastern European producers style. Yes, basically one and the same, the distributor for many years is also the producer. Coming out of Poland. How many people in China got ripped off with these thinking they were issued by Gabon? Avoid!

In 2016 the Russian producer began a major "onslaught" of Olympic Games related topics in the name of Gabon. In 2016 namely the Rio Olympics were targeted because they were current at the time, thus the counterfeit producer would and has made many more sales of them because of lack of knowledge with current issues and popularity of the topic. He/she did this in the name of many victimized countries, some countries already victimized by the British, Eastern Europe and globalphila counterfeit groups and some new countries not effected by them.

Here we have a single souvenir sheet very similar to the British producers "style" being pushed by eBay users p3718583219 located in Taiwan and ikey-center (fairly new counterfeit dealer starting in 2018) located in Spain. Noting this p3718583219 was p3718583218 on Delcampe and his account has been kicked off Delcampe for persisting in trying to sell counterfeit stamps there. Both of these users on eBay need to be removed. They are rotten rip-off dealers. Avoid!
