Information and Reference of Illegal Stamps for Djibouti Created in 2015

The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Djibouti. Please remember that the producers of these illegals are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

Djibouti stopped reporting their official stamp issues to the WNS system in 2009. The reason why is unknown. Possibly because they were seeing that it was having no effect against the onslaught of illegal stamps being produced in their countries name. Whatever the reasons were, from 2009 onward the WNS system has no reference to follow. I have found the Colnect online catalog to be helpful.

Or use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. Do not listen to these dealers trying to convince you they are something other than illegal stamps.

In 2004 when Djibouti produced circular 226 they did not know that there were more illegal stamps that were being circulated than what they listed. This has occurred for many of the victim countries. To correct it I have researched them all using the major catalog listings and the WNS system as reference to what was officially issued.

Here we go!

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Some exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2018) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and search terms.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2015

In 2015 Djibouti did not officially issue any stamps.

In 2015 the Russian based dealer who I believe is also the producer appears. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
The owner is Kirill Matveytsev according to his facebook page.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling on both sites is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are of pure evil mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times. They are even producing fake stamps for countries controlled by Stamperija. Stamperija's owner has stated that he knows who most of the counterfeit producers are and has some control over stopping their productions at least for countries he has contracts with. This is not the case for this producer. Being located in Russia, I guess they believe that nobody can stop them. I am exposing them which is the first step.

As of 2020 we have discovered and confirmed this company is producing counterfeits in later years and "back dating" them for prior years. They will be noted accordingly. I will also note them all "Russian Made Counterfeit Illegal Stamps". There are a number of counterfeit sets back dating to 2010 that are noted on the pages for Djibouti.

Following are images of the illegal stamps I have found offered for Djibouti dating 2015. There may and probably are more. All of these I found in searches on eBay and Delcampe and all are illegal stamps made by producers bent on ripping you off!

In 2015 the illegal stamp producers continued to abuse Djibouti with illegal stamp issues. Over 200 individual offerings running on eBay at the time I created this page. It was another massive production as if the producers knew that Stamperija was taking over the contracts for Djibouti in the following year. I note at this time (2018) there were only around 25 sales running on Delcampe showing they were trying to do something about the problem.
There will be none when I am through.......

In this year it appears that there were possibly four competing illegal stamp producers. I present them in alphabetical order of titles as there is no logical order for illegal stamps.
Note the similar styles of some topics throughout this page. Illegal stamp makers are very lazy using the same style and simply changing the topic.

Noting here that the previously thought "competitors", one using the 3 stamp design which matched the triangle 1 stamp design and the other using the two stamp design appear here to have united. On previous illegal stamp issues the two stamp design completely differed from the triangle stamp design. With this birds issue we can see they now match showing either a unification of the illegal stamp producers or that the illegal stamp producer of all three designs is one and the same.

Noting the lazy way the illegal stamp producer perforated this souvenir sheet using a six stamp perforating pattern on a four stamp souvenir sheet. Nothing the illegal stamp producers make conforms with the U.P.U. standards for stamp issuing member countries.

The perforated version of this illegal stamp souvenir sheet is the same in pattern as the Africa one above. The illegal stamp sellers prefer selling the imperforate versions because collectors think they are "rarer" and will pay higher prices for them. Many times there are more imperforates than perforated versions! Not perforating them is one less step these lazy producers have to take.

These counterfeit illegal stamps were created in 2016 and back dated to 2015. They were never on the market until 2016.

This set has to be one of the worst looking sets this counterfeit producer has made for Djibouti. The photoshop type effects make the dogs look "pixilated" aside from the fact that some of the dog breeds are not hunting dog breeds at all! On top of it, look at the image of the American Cocker Spaniel. The photoshop type effects has made the image look like the dog has two heads! Again, as is with all these criminal ghouls and the dealers they use, their greed is so bad that they cannot simply reject such trash work and persist in trying to make every penny they can off their counterfeit junk even if it is inferior in quality, has a wrong title, is misspelled or any other fault that any real collector is going to reject and not buy. They prey upon their victims by using small blurry imaging to sell or selling to people who do not read the English alphabet therefore not noticing the blatant errors such as Chinese collectors or Russian collectors. Everyone needs to avoid them and demand removal of the dealers that sell them from all venues and run them out of town!

In 2016 the production of illegal stamps by the British producer and the others for Djibouti virtually stopped. This is because the stamp agency Stamperija obtained a contract with Djibouti.
Topnimarka really begins in 2016 with production of 46 counterfeit illegal stamp sets in the name of Djibouti! This rivals the number of abusive stamps produced by Stamperija.
As of June 2020 neither Stamperija, Djibouti nor the UPU has done a thing to stop them....
