In 2016 Topnimarka explodes producing 46 counterfeit sets of illegal stamps in the name of the Comoro Islands. At the same time another unknown counterfeit producer created a mass of illegal stamps on the topic of Birds. These are completely of a different style and have and are being sold to this day in 2021 on sites like eBay and Delcampe. The sellers are mainly located in the Eastern Europe and Asian regions.

I will first present the illegal stamps made by the unknown producer and then follow them with the sets created by and being distributed by Topnimarka.

Only one of the following counterfeit souvenir sheets is shown and verified as illegal on the Colnect website in the Cinderella section as of November 2021. This makes it look to many, like there really is not a huge problem in regards to illegal stamps in the name of the Comoro Islands. You will see by the following long page that this is definitely not the case!

A note on this mapka666 con. I have watched this criminal dealer since he started and he is one of the most major illegal stamp selling entities plaguing the western market now. Known as plain mapka on Delcampe and Hipstamps this rip off artist has sold tens of thousands of dollars in illegal stamps in a single year! Mixes them in with his thousands of sales of mostly abusive stamp issues made by Stamperija and so forth, he has never been stopped. You can view his past sales on eBay and see the patterns emerge. This con sold hundreds of the following in bulk lots of 10, 5 you name it. I have a mass of snapshots from this ghouls counterfeit sales for many countries and it is about time eBay got rid of him! His sales are a plague on the stamp market of which now thousands of collectors all over the world have been ripped off by this clown. I wonder if the Russian government knows how much he is really making. Do you think for a minute that a con rip off dealer of counterfeit stamps is going to pay taxes on the counterfeit goods he sells?
Get real!
Not only do I have lots of proof of sales from this con but eBay has it all saved so it would be a simple little task for the victimized countries to get it and use it against dealers like this with legal action. Trace their true locations through their finances on PayPal and other financial routes, take them to court and convict them for selling counterfeit goods and then get the sources! Follow the "food chain" right to the top and end the proliferation of newer illegal stamps permanently! And yes, I have snapshots of this ghouls sales of the Topnimarka brand as well as the Globalphila brand of counterfeits showing direct connection with the sources. There is no way he is not directly associating with the Eastern European and Russian sources as the sales of their counterfeit goods is massive through his sales! This account appears to be the "garbage chute" that collects all the unwanted overstock from bad agents and criminal counterfeiters and pawns them off to unknowing collectors for low prices with descriptions that make it sound like they are getting something wonderful when in fact there are millions of them out there or it is counterfeit goods that bad dealers cannot move anymore. I would avoid this dealer because it is already proven he sell counterfeit goods with impunity.

These are sold perforated and/or imperforate. There is no value difference between the two forms because they are all worthless counterfeits. Avoid!

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appeared. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2016 in the name of the Comoro Islands. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them. For the Comoro Islands this is the case for a number sets dating 2016. Next is a group on the topic of dogs. This clown must have a real fascination for dogs because he makes sets of them over and over just like his worship of Stalin and Lenin. When you really look at many of the sets this clown has, you begin to see the sloppy designing behind them with many images cut off by the perforations, so much photoshop editing the images of things like paintings are totally destroyed and so forth. All of these "stamps" claimed to be of high quality are made on cheap paper with cheap inks that is guaranteed not to last with time. This ghoul and his associates will be long gone when collectors realize the trash they bought is not only counterfeit but inferior in every other sense of the word in comparison to real stamps. Then again, maybe these dog sets sell real well over in Russia. It is really incredible that this business located right in the heart of Moscow has not been found out for what they are doing.

This set is not offered on the Topnimarka website as of November 2021. This shows that this criminal has produced many more sets than what are seen on his own website. I have shown this on other country sections as well as proof from certain styles that this criminal produces "unique" items which he creates for "exclusive" sales through associated criminal dealers with user names like spectre-stamps on Hipstamps (kicked off Delcampe and eBay) and mapka on Delcampe and Hipstamps and mapka666 on eBay. So this again shows an even bigger problem due to this criminals charade and association with like minded criminal stamp dealers.

We can see the top right single stamp counterfeit souvenir sheet has a major blunder on the single stamp. This is why it is probably not on the criminals website. Rather than fix it, he just does not offer it. Why is another question, considering he offers numerous other sets with major blunders of similar equality with no qualms at all on his website.
