I have found the Stampworld.com Catalog to be helpful as well although as stated above there are "conflicts" between what is listed there and what is on the Colnect catalog. Namely listing certain years of the abusive Impressor S.A. issues. I have given more details on this on certain pages.

Or use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. I have found that Michel and Yvert list many of the Impressor S.A. issues whereas Scott and SG do not. Namely because of no evidence of postal usage. You can obviously see the similarity of the Impressor S.A. issues using the same topics as the illegal stamps. They have been massively produced in all kinds of forms from souvenir sheets, deluxe sheets to gold foil stamps. Certain recent years are being almost exclusively sold by a German dealer who consistently puts in his titles "OFFICIAL ISSUE" as if there is something wrong with them.
Which there is.....
THEY ARE ABUSIVE STAMPS made only to sell to collectors produced in excess of postal needs and as stated above, showing no evidence of postal usage.

You will find the styles and designs of the following illegal stamps completely different.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many fake First Day Covers exist as well.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and experts like myself.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

From 2011 forward the WNS system is "awaiting stamps for registration". This is probably caused by the turmoil within the country. The catalogs are now our only choice of reference. We are working toward the UPU correcting this problem. The WNS system cannot be a reliable source of reference if the countries (even in political turmoil) do not register properly. Awaiting stamps to be registered for years is not to be accepted!

The major catalogs nor the online catalogs list anything for Chad dating 2019.
Nothing in the way of Impressor issues is being offered neither. Did they finally give up?

It is therefore understood that any stamp in the name of Chad dating 2019 is deemed a
COUNTERFEIT ILLEGAL STAMP!

In 2019 the production by the British counterfeit producer of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Chad takes a new turn. Usage of a specific style used on many illegal stamps produced in the name of Madagascar for 2019 are used. What is really fascinating to me is the producer is using a style that is very similar to Chad Scott catalog numbers 667a and 668a that was used back in 1996. As I show on the 2018 page that the producer has used the original designs and printing materials used to make certain (genuine) Chad stamps back in 1996 to create the counterfeit "Tribute to Stan Lee" sheets, so again we see with all of these new 2019 counterfeits a use (although modified) of the style used on (genuine) 1996 issues. Can you see the correlation now between this producer and the connections the producer has with prior and present stamp printers of genuine postage stamps? A very dark history with this producer indeed.

Also the producer is now placing a disclaimer on some of them in French. It reads.
"Pas officiel pour l'affranchissement"
Translation is, "Not official for postage".

Are these people idiots? After all these years of deceiving the stamp market they want to now try to produce counterfeit illegal stamps and think they can sell them in the stamp categories because they put this little "disclaimer" on them?? On top of that the majority of the fakes they produced in the name of Chad for 2019 that are exactly the same style do not have this stupid "disclaimer" on them and these clowns are selling them as if genuine postage without saying anything what so ever as to what they are, disclaimer or not!

The disclaimer itself makes those blocks illegitimate to place into any category in the stamps categories at all. NOT to mention the disclaimer is placed only on the selvage of the block so these clowns can break the stamps from the block and sell them as if real stamps. ALL of them should be immediately removed from all the venues. It is time to put an end to these cons careers on the venues. As of 2020 I note that on eBay only counterfeit illegal stamps are being sold in the search for 2019 Chad stamps. In the search there really should be nothing found but these main counterfeit dealing distributors are happily selling them to many victims of their abuse. The day I wrote this page again over 830 listing of these counterfeits in the search for "Chad 2019" are being offered mainly by this "group" of counterfeit illegal stamp distributors. That is going to be changed soon.
On Delcampe there is only one listing in the search and it is listed there because the user is using the 2019 Scott Catalog as reference for a set made in the 70's! In other words these users on eBay who are proliferating these counterfeit stamps (and you can count the users basically on one hand) need to be permanently removed from all the venues. Chad is just a small part of the mass of counterfeit stamps this group of cons are peddling.

Already several are hugely "discounting" their sales of them. Namely because awareness of what they are selling and who they are is beginning to take its toll. We will continue pressure in every avenue until these people are gone....forever. Face it, there are some "bad apples" among the collecting and dealing community who have been doing this for over two decades that must be dealt with by removing them permanently from all venues of selling stamps. They should be brought to justice, exposed in public and their whole career in the stamp business permanently removed by legal action by the countries themselves.
Only by demand that the UPU initiate this action will this happen. It is in everyones face. Just look at who these users are!

Here I show how far the deception goes with these counterfeit stamps.
On October 15,2019 an article was published by Ynet News about this counterfeit Eurovision stamp block at which time the editors thought the stamps to be official issued stamps. I had to "cut" the article in fragments because of all the ads incorporated within the article. Please read it to understand. Basically (if true) it shows that the NSC (National Security Council) in Israel unknowingly is now in possession of a counterfeit illegal stamp block. I can assure you that it is not true and we are looking into the source of the article.



The article shows how far these criminal producers and distributors will go to promote sales of their counterfeit goods. Sadly even news sources are effected.

As you can see every counterfeit except the Lollini one and the two globalphila sets has been produced by one counterfeit producer. It is obvious. This producer needs to be fully exposed and removed.

It is now March 2020. Numerous new sets dating 2020 are on the market with no end in sight because of inaction by the UPU, the country and the stamp collecting community as a whole. Guess nobody in this group has the guts (other than me) to take these criminals on full force.....sad.....
