I have found the Stampworld.com Catalog to be helpful as well although as stated above there are "conflicts" between what is listed there and what is on the Colnect catalog. Namely listing certain years of the abusive Impressor S.A. issues. I have given more details on this on certain pages.

Or use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. I have found that Michel and Yvert list many of the Impressor S.A. issues whereas Scott and SG do not. Namely because of no evidence of postal usage. You can obviously see the similarity of the Impressor S.A. issues using the same topics as the illegal stamps. They have been massively produced in all kinds of forms from souvenir sheets, deluxe sheets to gold foil stamps. Certain recent years are being almost exclusively sold by a German dealer who consistently puts in his titles "OFFICIAL ISSUE" as if there is something wrong with them.
Which there is.....
THEY ARE ABUSIVE STAMPS made only to sell to collectors produced in excess of postal needs and as stated above, showing no evidence of postal usage.

You will find the styles and designs of the following illegal stamps completely different.

The following pages will show you how the producer worked in unison with the abusive stamp agent Impressor S.A., slowing down during the years the agent was authorized to print stamps by Chad, and ramping up again during the years they were not. The evidence is the stamps and the illegal stamps themselves.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many fake First Day Covers exist as well.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and experts like myself.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "cinderellas", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

2001

In 2001 Impressor S.A. is still running rampant in producing massive numbers of sheets and souvenir sheets with topics ranging from Chess to Dinosaurs. They had gained their first major contract with Chad in 1996. Before that year Chad was a mainly conservative stamp issuing entity. That all changed in 1997.

Evidence of conflict between the British counterfeit producer and Impressor S.A. continues. The styles of some counterfeits are too close to the "issued" stamps not to be. Also the simple fact of the British producer not mass producing counterfeits while Impressor is running their abusive contracts is obvious.

This set was being sold exclusively by the notorious counterfeit stamp dealer user isabeldelatour1949 on Delcampe. The user kicked off long ago. Still running his (yes his, uses a female avatar) garbage on Hipstamps. Noting the user was in direct connection with user Bentley1stamp of which all proof is saved. Noting the Lollini logo as well on this counterfeit. Avoid!

Again noting this Mayfair International Ltd. keeps coming up inscribed on illegal stamps. And this Juan guy was and is so innocent. Still selling them as Isabeldelatour on ebid and Isabeldelatour aka artstamps on Hipstamps. That is right, we have your info on file and it is easy to find online. You forget your history and your business dealings can all be found by anyone willing to take the research to the level required. Not innocent at all. Using your wife to hide behind is not working anymore. Always hiding in the background. That is how rat illegal stamp producers and distributors live their lives.
Also noting the "style" used on the upper souvenir sheet is being used again on the newer counterfeit illegal stamps being produced by the British producer in the name of several countries dating 2018 to present times. A case of "history repeating itself". Or is it once again collaboration? I go with both considering they live right next to each other in the UK. Bring on your "lawsuit" so I can really expose you. But then, you better have lawyers in your family....like I do because I will rip a fortune out of you in fees.

2002

In 2002 it appears Impressor S.A. began "losing control" of their contracts with Chad. This is probably due to the postal authorities noticing the illegal stamp production in their name and the similarity of "styles" used by the British producer. Also the listing of their "issues" were being terminated by the major catalogs because of there being no evidence of postal usage.

I note one of the only sets listed in the Scott catalogs is a set depicting paintings from various artists. The set is huge containing 14 souvenir sheets of 6 stamps and 14 souvenir sheets of one. Several examples of the stamps being postally used have been seen but none on the cover. The cancels could be bogus. That is up for debate. The bottom line on the set is it was obviously produced far in excess of postal needs. The number of sales of this one set has bloated the number of sales for the year in comparison to previous years on the online venues 3 to 5 times the size! On Delcampe the user hanmart is spamming the system with virtually 8-10 sales of each sheet lagging the system. I consider these kind of selling "tactics" abusive, just like the stamps are....abusive.

In 2002 the British counterfeit producer continued to produce illegal stamps in the name of Chad using the same style sheets of 9. Adding into the mix some souvenir sheets. Still remaining "conservative" in this year. you will notice though....no more Mayfair International logo's.

SPORTS CHAMPIONS

It appears the British producer only created illegal stamps on the subject of Sports Champions in the year 2002. We must remember this producer was creating hundreds of other illegal stamps in the name of many other countries and thus really had no "need" to make them in the name of Chad.
