An $8.00 Souvenir Sheet showing Sarah Ferguson in her wedding gown was never issued.
I believe it was rejected because the glow from the sun or the camera flash made the dress look yellow
in comparison to her attendant's blouse. This would appear scandalous in the view of royalty.
I believe this souvenir sheet is even rarer than the St. Lucia "Royal Split" unissued souvenir sheet.
Quantities have not been comfirmed but in view of availability on the market I would comfirm that it is rarer.

International Security Printers Ltd. for Saint Vincent Grenadines. The company soon after went into bankruptcy.
