Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Some exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2022) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

UPDATE

A new form of counterfeits have been discovered dating 2022. The producer is unknown at this time but attempts to be sold by the user stampsv on eBay who is the user stampsv1 on Delcampe have been made. I have added a new section showing them at the bottom of this page. As of July our criminal dealer eren3049 is also adding more of the British producers counterfeits as well and this page is being updated to reflect that.

The freak show continues with this eren3049 character on eBay. As of February 2-3 another batch of counterfeits is being offered. All dating 2022 so we can see these clowns will not stop until forcibly removed. That is the intent this year. But before that happens the data has and still is being compiled on freaks like this to be used in a major presentation to the UPU. With the new leadership now in control, the information should finally get to the victimized countries who in turn have the ability to get freaks like this eren3049 investigated, raided and sacked by legal means. There should be many dealers and collectors calling for these ghouls heads!

Because of the simplicity of the counterfeits it is quite easy for me to document them in realtime. This is what the criminal is offering on eBay right now.

It continues. As of March 12-13 the criminals continue unhindered. All documented with date of appearance.

UPDATE July 2022

A new batch of illegal stamps dating 2022 have been attempted to be sold recently in 2022. The sellers user name is stampsv on eBay and stampsv1 on Delcampe. The style and format of them is very similar to the Topnimarka brand in which case we now possibly have another criminal dealer in Lithuania attempting to move counterfeits produced by topnimarka which are not offered on the topnimarka website. This same case has been shown with the criminal dealer spectre-stamps in Norway. These people are the worst and will consistently lie. Avoid sellers like this.
Then again, the style also is very similar to Stamperija styles as well. Stamperija has never been allowed a contract with Madagascar which is good as it means their reputation has not been ruined by overproduction of abusive stamp issues.

Due to these just coming out in June or July of 2022, I am placing them at the bottom of this page. The user stampsv is now a proud new member on the illegal stamp sellers list of people to avoid buying anything from. Seller is a major seller of Stamperija brand stamps. One of the sellers that consistently yells in capital letters "OFFICIAL ISSUE" as if that is convincing anyone they are worth the rip off prices the seller is asking for them. Seller is based in Lithuania so you see the connection in both cases, yes?
Countries effected with these new counterfeits are Burkina Faso (dating 2021), Madagascar (dating 2022) and Mali (dating 2020). All countries that Stamperija has never had any contracts with. Interesting yes?

After being away working on another "weapon" to destroy the illegal stamp producing criminals abilities to sell, I have now scanned this eren3049 criminal counterfeit dealers sales again. I see that as of July our criminal dealer eren3049 has also added many more of the British producers counterfeits as well. Selling them as if real postage stamps. NEW FORM OF ILLEGAL STAMPS COMING OUT OF LITHUANIA

As stated in the July update a new style of illegal stamps has been discovered that so far was only being offered by the user stampsv on eBay and user stampsv1 on Delcampe. Due to this dealers attempts and re-attempts to sell them, the user has now made it onto the illegal stamp sellers lists. The style and form of these counterfeits is very similar to the Topnimarka "brand" of illegal stamps coming out of Russia which undoubtedly leads us to suspect association. This seller is offering tons of Stamperija brand issues as well screaming the big "OFFICIAL ISSUE" all over them. A real junkyard dealer asking completely rip off prices for issues which have obviously bottomed out as virtually all Stamperija brand issues do in a very short time due to overproduction and being a stamp agent that prints their own stamps with no security nor verifiable documentation at all. A stamp agent who will print and reprint issues forever as long as they sell. Avoid the seller and any other seller offering the following counterfeit illegal stamps.

This documentation shows how the criminals operate. They produce the counterfeits right at the same time new issues come out for a country like Madagascar, taking advantage of the fact that catalogs do not list the newest issues until months after they are issued. This is why collectors need to buy new issues directly from the post of origin. Refusal to buy from any stamp agent directly is a good practice namely because of what agencies like Stamperija are doing. You will find that the Madagascar post itself does not sell. Circular 39 which was made in 2016 specifically states that all the Madagascar stamps that have been released are shown on the WNS system. Therefore, it is recommended and wise not to buy stamps from this country until they are verified in the WNS system. Definitely, avoid any dealer selling the above counterfeits!

Because of inaction by the UPU, the country and the stamp collecting community as a whole, the nightmare will continue for Madagascar until they do take action.
As you can see, for Madagascar, it is getting worse than ever!
