other than illegal stamps.
Here we go!
Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Some exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2019) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets
and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.
Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer
that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer
because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites
then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.
The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe
and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.
If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will
only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

The production of illegal stamps for Madagascar continues unhindered. Namely because of no retaliation against dealers of them and no new circulars
being generated at the UPU since 2016. This year one of the rats has placed a Kobe Bryant counterfeit onto the market already in March.
This is how these criminals operate. Playing on the emotions of unsuspecting people (still in mourning I might add) and producing counterfeit goods
on the topic of those peoples most hurting events just to rip off their money. Are we going to continue to let this go on?!? These kind of people need to be brought
down and I mean brought down hard!!
Madagascar has been consistently updated with their new issues on the WNS system so you can depend on the system telling you what has been officially
issued. My advise is to not buy the newest Madagascar stamps unless you buy them directly from the post or wait until they are listed on the WNS system.
The 2016 circular 39 again stresses that you can view all legally issued stamps for Madagascar on the WNS website and so far this is correct.
The same dealers (or should we call them "stealers") are selling them. More evidence they are connected with the
illegal stamp producers hands down! Why? Because they are selling them during the year of production!
The following key sellers are proudly pumping out 2020 counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Madagascar on eBay. I note no "Eastern Europe made"
(so far...) illegal stamps in the name of Madagascar have been made for 2020. I do note the Russian based producer has made a few sets dating 2020.
The UK based producers and globalphila productions apparently reign supreme for Madagascar in these latter years.
I also note the "new styles" are actually the "old" Feigenbaum styles. Apparently that gang is back after laying low since 2016!
I note that as of April 2020 marlen-stamps has been taken down as far as all Madagascar counterfeit illegal stamps are concerned. This shows that these
criminal stamp dealers can and will be stopped. I am leaving the key users from 2019 on this page because until they are completely gone, this country is
only one of the countries effected that these same five dealers have and are pumping out counterfeits in the name of. I will note next to their name what
the status is.
I note that these five sellers are obviously directly connect to the production of illegal stamps for this country. They are therefore the prime targets to end it.
Noting that as of April 2020 only two of the five sellers "rule" the search on eBay for "Madagascar 2020" with a small number of lot sales for 2020! They are
now scared! It is obvious what they are doing and in your face!

As of April 2020 nothing new in the way of official stamps has been registered on the WNS system nor in the catalogs. I have found no official stamps offered anywhere yet.
Yet we have fake counterfeit stamps on the market being pushed by two of the five listed stamp dealers. At this point (April 2020) only a few are offered.
Am I making an effect on them with these pages that document what is being sold and who is selling them?
It is therefore understood that any stamp dating 2020 (at least for now) in the name of Madagascar is a counterfeit illegal stamp!
Following are images of the illegal stamps I have found offered for Madagascar dating 2020 in April of 2020. Will there be more? I will update as needed.
All of these I found in searches on eBay and Delcampe and all are illegal stamps made by producers bent on ripping you off!
UPDATE September 2020
In back checking on production and distribution of new 2020 counterfeits in the name of Madagascar this month, I have found the British producer and
his key distributors are adding another large number of counterfeits in the name of Madagascar onto the current market. They are offering them as normal
perforated versions. Probably imperforate and CTO versions will appear soon. Their prices are running at $10-15.00 for one souvenir sheet!
A complete ripoff to be avoided!
I will note the newer additions which shows you just how massively these criminals can produce counterfeits in just a few months. This page was created
in April and updated in June. Now in September all the "new additions" have been added since June and probably more will be made before the end of the year showing
everyone these criminals will not stop production and distribution of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Madagascar until forcefully removed from the stamp market.
UPDATE October 2020
The rats are still diligently producing and marketing more. As of an October check they have created 17 more! Yes, imperforates and CTO are also made for all. I have noted them with appearance dating as well. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
UPDATE February 2021
In checking on the situation again more 2020 counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Madagascar have been added and this continues into 2021.
I note that a number of the British made counterfeits have topics that are in direct conjunction with the illegal stamps produced in the name of Chad.
All are made by the same producer and sold by the same distributors. All need to be avoided. Sadly, hundreds have been sold already.
Also noting Topnimarka has produced a number of new sets as well including several that are back dated to 2018 and 2019. These criminals and their distributors
are not stopping at all so please
beware of all!

This is a continuation of the "new" style of the older Feigenbaum/Montero style being massively sold in the 2019 search. Kobe Bryant sadly passed away
on January 27th, 2020 in a helicopter crash in California. As you can see these criminals have wasted no time producing a counterfeit souvenir
sheet commemorating him. This is even before any official country has! This shows the greed, corruption, lack of morality and criminal intent to use a recent tragic
event to make profits from. They did this with the 9/11 attack on the Twin Towers and many other tragic events. These people deserve very heavy punishment
for this. They need to be exposed to the public and permanently removed from the stamp market in all aspects. In other words legally bound to have nothing
to do with the buying and selling of any collectible for the rest of their miserable lives!

Note the misspelling of President Kennedy's and Marilyn Monroe's last names. This is how lame the producer is. He won't even correct it because
he is so cheap and greedy that he will not destroy even an inferior product like this, but will simply ignore the error and place it on the market

This first set is an update to this page as of September 2020. On March 11, 2020 this criminal producer started selling the following Kobe Bryant counterfeit
illegal stamp set on eBay. So far as of September data shows two victim buyers have been ripped off directly by this user. It is most certain his associated
distributors throughout the world are selling this counterfeit set to many other victims as well. Avoid! It is counterfeit!!

It is in 2016 that this criminal actually started producing illegal stamps in the name of Madagascar. We can see this as the sets produced
dating 2014 and 2015 are all back dated. When I updated this page in early 2020 after discovering this clown on eBay, we did not know the extent that this criminal producer had gone
in producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Madagascar. We found after finding this companies websites that it is much worse than
originally thought. This section now updated in 2021.
Again you will notice a number of sets without the set of single stamp souvenir sheets. I have been told by other sources that this criminal dealer will
create new counterfeits on requested topics. In other words, a customer asks him if he knows of any stamps with a particular topic such
as a certain car or plane on it. Within a month or two this dealer will suddenly say he has found it after creating a new counterfeit set
with the requested topic in it. Many being the sets that have no single stamp souvenir sheets included.
This dealer sometimes will then create more sets on the same topic using different country names on them, hoping that customer will buy them as well.
For 2020 sets in the name of Madagascar I have found that they have produced 19 different sets dating 2020 and could add more at any time. Avoid them all!

Because someone with authority has not taken down these illegal stamp producers and sellers yet, new 2021 counterfeits are now on the market in the name of Madagascar. As
you can see these people will continue until legal action and complete removal from the venues they use to distribute them on is done. Maybe that will happen?
