Sadly the blue-red, blue, red, and yellow stages of the 40c value were missing.
This is one of my favorite cars in the LOW series. A friend of mine owned this exact car
in the same colors when they were new and we used to "race" around in it many times. You
could here it coming many blocks away!

There were 3000 pairs of each of the Tuvalu Vaitupu Leaders of the World 1984 2nd Series Automobiles Progressive Color Proof Stamps printed.
Of that quantity it is unknown how many exist still. Evidence is pointing toward very few being saved.
