TUVALU LEADERS OF THE WORLD 4TH SERIES 1986 AUTOMOBILES PROGRESSIVE COLOR PROOF STAMPS
The two high values were missing from the set of these. This is evidence that shows the possibility of them never being saved or produced.
It is possible they were produced but confiscated by the Tuvalu Philatelic Bureau representatives and destroyed or they were simply lost or destroyed.
They are not available anywhere at present.

There were 3000 pairs of each of the Tuvalu Leaders of the World 1986 4th Series Automobiles Progressive Color Proof Stamps printed.
Of that quantity it is unknown how many exist still. Evidence is pointing toward very few being saved.
