This set of progressives was produced as the error set. Noting the red is missing on the power junctures at the top of
the engine. The error stamp is a "made for collector" error simply by separating the red stage into two stages and then
not running one of them through the process.
This set does not have the secondary red stage and the later stages, (red/blue, all colors and final stages) show this.
Unless in future a set is found with the red included it is more than likely the stages for the normal stamp
are either lost or destroyed. It is possible that the secondary red stage was strictly run after the final colors stage
in which case there never was an all colors stage nor red-blue stage with red power junctures.
Proof of this type of process was found in the Saint Vincent holding of the trial evidence
used against the printer in 1989 and you can view such examples in those sections of the study.

There were 3000 pairs of each of the Tuvalu Nui Leaders of the World 1987 3rd Series Locomotives Progressive Color Proof Stamps printed.
Of that quantity it is unknown how many exist still. Evidence is pointing toward very few being saved.
