Noting on the all colors proofs that the missing blue error is in place. At this time it appears there are no all colors proofs with both the primary and secondary blue stages applied. In theory the secondary blue stage was applied as the last stage.

There were 5000 pairs of each of the 1938 Canadian Pacific Railway 'Royal Hudson' Class H1-d No. 2850 4-6-4 Train Stamp progressive color proofs made for Saint Vincent Grenadines.



5,000 imperforate pairs of the missing blue variety exist. I estimate at least 5,000 of the normal imperforates exist as 5,000 was the standard produced. The 5,000 imperforate missing blue error stamps were produced with the progressive color proofs as the finals proof stamps.

There is no evidence at this time that the error was produced all the way to perforated form. It is not on the market as perforated.
