Dubai was originally a member of the Trucial States and began producing their own stamps in 1963.
Dubai became a member of the United Arab Emirates on December 2, 1971. Dubai continued to use their own stamps until January 1, 1973.

1968 FLOWERS Scott UNLISTED, SG #289-96
Issued in se-tenant blocks of 8.

An interesting issue of which apparently it was printed in the same form as the earlier Butterflies issue in a full sheet with two se-tenant blocks of 8 with a decorative border. To this day I have not found a complete sheet as the ones that exist have the decorative border cut off.
The set also exists in sheetlets of 15 stamps being three se-tenant strips of 5. Since the set has 8 values there would have been 3 such sheetlets. One would only have two values though, an example of which has not been found.

1969 FISH Scott #101-8, SG #329-36
Issued in se-tenant blocks of 8. Also in panes of 25 stamps.
It has been discovered that they were also printed in sheetlets. The one example discovered has two values on it. It is perf 13.5 where all other issues are perf 11. Earlier on the Flowers issue it was noted that sheetlets of 3 values in strips of 5 exist but the question was raised about the sheetlet with only two values. The possibility that that sheetlet would look like the one below is probable as is it probable the other values for this set were printed in sheetlets of 3 strips of 5.
