Brunei stamps printed by Format International Security Printers Ltd.

The Format Printers only produced three sets of stamps for this country. Namely one set when they first started printing stamps and then a couple Royal Wedding issues. The competition for the contracts appear quite heavy during Format's time for Brunei. The country only issued a few sets each year.

The $2 value exists with watermark inverted. It is a quite common variety and was purposely made. Estimated 5,000 produced.
