Scott Catalog lists the perf 13.5 set as 705a-711a and lists them as made in 1988
Stanley Gibbons notes that they exist but states that there is no evidence for their contemporary postal use and does not give them numbers. This kind of goes against Scott catalogs standard of NOT listing stamps that have no postal validity. Another example of sloppy research.
The 60c and $1 values exist overprinted to commemorate the anniversary of Hurricane Hattie. They were never issued.

These were the last stamps printed by the Format International Security Printers Ltd. for Belize. The company soon after went into bankruptcy.

Issues for the Cayes of Belize were discontinued after June 1985. It is said that remainders, more than likely the 1984 marine life stamps, were later issued to other Belize post offices for postal purposes.
