Stanley Gibbons notes in their specialized catalog that Format produced this issue. A fellow collector has found evidence that The House of Questa
is actually the printer of this issue. Unless Format was contracted also, perhaps to produce the souvenir sheet which is doubtful, then
once again Stanley Gibbons is wrong.
