In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2020 in the name of Namibia. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown in the Haiti section for instance. For Namibia this is not the case for the 2020 counterfeits......yet.

Here we go with the Stalin propaganda garbage again. It seems these criminal producers all have one thing in common. Relentless production of subjects they personally favor. This one is Stalin and Lenin. Another is the Reformation of the Protestant Church. Another is Princess Diana and so forth. This relentless attitude is projected in their production and sales of counterfeit illegal stamps. They will continue as some have for three decades until they are forcefully stopped. This must be done in the strongest way possible. Confiscating everything they own that they obtained selling counterfeits to prison time for the crimes they have and are committing. This can only be done with a unified effort by the countries these people have victimized.

Will the proliferation of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Namibia continue? Or will the country and the UPU take steps to end this. As long as the UPU and the countries that are victimized by these criminals continue to "sit on their hands", these criminals will continue to produce counterfeit stamps. The UPU and the countries must first establish the fact that they are counterfeit stamps and then use the power of the justice systems to apprehend and convict all of the producers and distributors of them where they reside. The evidence of who they are is everywhere. It is on the selling venues like eBay. It is on their own personal websites. They are known by many dealers of stamps. It is obvious who they are and it is time for the countries to unite and take full action to end this.

Will it continue into 2021? Namibia is now "on watch"
