MOZAMBIQUE ILLEGAL STAMPS
MOCAMBIQUE ILLEGAL STAMPS
2021
Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Mozambique dating in 2021
In 2021 Stamperija continues to print stamps for Mozambique in excess. The count of stamps produced in the name of Mozambique on
Colnect for this year is 236+. Noting there are a bunch of newly listed "issues" on the Stamperija website not listed on Colnect.
Noting that a bunch of them just "appeared" on the abusive agents website in 2022. What is really funny is they are all dated 2021!
It is noted that Mozambique is shutting down their postal system in 2022. To me, it looks like Stamperija is pumping out as much garbage
as they can before that happenes.
On the 2016 page I show and explain why Stamperija appears not only to be collaborating with the illegal stamp producers, but also "covering
up" for them as well with bogus webpages designed to divert from what they really are and claiming no knowledge of the existence of illegal
stamps. Aside from the fact that they run these pages even after losing the contract with a specific country acting as if they are the "official"
representative of that countries postal system when in fact they are not!
Stamperija Lie in Regards to Illegal Stamp Awareness for Mozambique
As I stated on the introduction, the WNS system is short on what is real. Unfortunately they stopped listing the stamps of Mozambique in 2006 and
have nothing from that time forward.
I have found the Colnect online catalog to be very helpful. Sadly because of the glut of abusive issues it is a pain to go through all the pages.

Check out their Illegal Stamp section as well. It is upgraded as of 2023 and shows counterfeits that may be missing here.

I have found the Stampworld.com Catalog to be very helpful as well but there are problems. Again, because of the abuse many of the pages are extremely long.
They are listing some of the illegal stamps there as if they are ok simply because one rouge catalog continues to list them. The 2004 (which they list as
a 2006) EUROPA "issue" for one.

Again, I say the major catalogs should stick with the rules they portray in not listing abusive, overproduced stamps that have no evidence of postal
usage. Sadly in the recent years they are breaking their own rules and ethics by listing them. At the rate Stamperija is going, Scott catalog will have to add
another catalog just to cover them! Shame on the editors for bowing down to abusive stamp agencies. More than likely their are some "bad apples" within the editing
departments who are getting kickbacks for getting the garbage listed!
Here we go!
Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2022) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets
and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by experts and savvy collectors.
Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer
that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer
because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites
then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.
The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe
and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.
If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will
only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.
2021
In 2021 as stated, Stamperija continues production of abusive stamps in the name of Mozambique. Topnimarka almost stops production of the counterfeits
in this year most likely due to the pandemic.
On the Colnect catalog you will find that all the 2021 "issues" made by Stamperija are listed now (2022) with only Colnect catalog numbers. This is either
due to Yvert not publishing a newer catalog or it is possible they too have stopped listing the Stamperija abusive issues.
Scott catalog realized some time ago what Stamperija was doing and stopped listing them. They should be maintaining the policy for
all countries this agent over produces stamps for. For 2021 the Colnect catalog notes all of the Stamperija "issues" stating:
"Although this issue was authorized by the Mozambique postal administration, it was not sold in Mozambique, but only distributed by the
Mozambique philatelic agency for distribution on the novelty market."
Noting also as of the end of February 2022 that the Stampworld online catalog is not listing any more stamps after 2019. The reasons
are unknown. Possibly because of the massive glut of abusive issues this agent pumps out every year causing the site to have to list hundreds of items thus
causing a lot of bandwidth problems. Possibly because Yvert appears to be the only catalog still listing them giving the Stampworld catalog editors a clue
to where these abusive stamps are heading. Nowhere. Just like the illegal stamps, the styles and repetitious churning out of the same topics year after
year makes the desire to continue collecting them blow away into the wind!
In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves,
these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.
The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2021 in the name of Mozambique. They are not commonly seen
on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts
on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently
trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can
report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!
I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them. For Mozambique so far this is the case for
one set dating 2021. He has produced 4 different sets dating 2021 of which one set was made after 2021 and back dated 2022. More could be added at any time. Avoid them all!

In 2022 topnimarka virtually stops. Obviously because of the ongoing pandemic. As stated I am noticing Stamperija is producing a mass of abusive stamps
dating 2021 and putting them up on their website in 2022 following the same tactics as topnimarka. Back dating issues. Since Mozambique is shutting down
their postal system, what is Stamperija going to do? If they continue to produce stamps in the name of Mozambique after the postal system is shut down,
well that would make the stamps illegal right? I am keenly watching this.
