The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Haiti. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Haiti visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Haiti section. You will be amazed to see that only a couple issues dating 2002 and 2003 are listed. This is because since 2003 Haiti has been in political turmoil and has had many other problems. Since 2003 they have not issued any stamps at all! Yet there a ton for sale dating many of the years in which there should be none offered.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

As of July 2020 Haiti has not issue any stamps. It is therefore understood that any stamp in the name of Haiti dating 2020 at this point is a counterfeit illegal stamp!

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2020 in the name of Haiti. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown on the Haiti 2014 and 2015 pages. The company did not actually start producing counterfeit Haiti stamps until 2016.

As of July 2020 this company is distributing 13 different counterfeit illegal stamp sets dating 2020 in the name of Haiti and still producing more.
As of this same time none of these are listed on the Haiti Philatelic Societies UPU Illegals reference page.

I have discovered several 2019 counterfeit illegal stamp sets to be an exact matches in perforations and styles as the 2018 John F. Kennedy set being exclusively sold by spectre-stamps. Please view the 2018 page to understand who this "company" is. The two sets that are an exact match are produced and distributed by Topnimarka.com. This shows direct association between the two dealers. These particular sets have no year date inscribed on the stamps and are therefore only determined by the date "claimed" to be made by the dealer. For 2020 there is another one.

The new 2020 set is space related just like the 2019 sets. At this time it is the first set shown on this page. I expect this spectre-stamps to possibly be offering them soon.

The following souvenir sheet sets should be shunned by everyone. Dealers that sell them in any form should be shunned as well. They are worthless pieces of paper, not suitable to be in anyones collection and are completely illegal to as this Topnimarka states, "manufacture". This Topnimarka is asking $25-27.00 for each set as of July 2020 on their websites.

In 2019 this Topnimarka has begun to produce and sell cheaply made "shaped" souvenir sheets mimicking more recent Stamperija style souvenir sheets. Several new sets like this have been produced in 2020 as well.

This set is produced with no year inscribed on the counterfeit stamps. Please view the 2018 and 2019 pages to learn more details on this "style". Will there be souvenir sheets of one made for these? Anything is possible with this criminal producer as long as he is allowed to remain in business.

By now if one can see it, this producers scope of subjects and images is indeed very narrow. These same images of Captain Cook used over and over again on dozens of sets both in the name of Haiti and many other countries as well. He is obviously much less capable of variety and originality than the other illegal stamp producers like the British producers, globalphila and so forth. I must at least give those criminals that credit over this really repetitive and boring criminals activity.

Then again, it appears this producer is beginning to realize this and has started changing things a bit. These criminals are all the same. In the beginning producing lower quality counterfeits. As they profit from them, the quality rises and they resort to producing more "attractive" counterfeits to lure in their victims. Several of these producers now live in million dollar mansions or even own islands from their criminal profits. This is what lures other like minded criminals like this Kirill into becoming a producer or no good stamp dealers into becoming their distributors. The profits from illegal stamps is astounding and is a main reason that these criminals all must be stopped. Only the victimized countries can do it and they must before it is too late. Several of these criminals have been getting away with it for three decades. Let us take them down and make them pay the price for their crimes no matter how young or old they are.

My question to you, the UPU, the stamp societies and associations and everyone else all over the world is this.
Imagine if there were a thousand producers like this creating counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of any country they feel like and selling them in every venue to collectors and dealers all over the world. This producer and others are showing us all that this is possible and a reality. The question is.....should this be allowed to continue or should these people be brought up on charges for present and past crimes associated with producing and distributing these counterfeit goods and ripping off millions of collectors all over the world?

I repeat again, this one page shows you even more the extent of damage that one criminal person or group of people can do to the philatelic market. This is why stricter laws, rules and enforcement need to be established against these types of criminal producers and their distributors in which to apprehend and bring them all to justice no matter what country they reside in or run to when exposed.
This includes stamp dealers who have and are involved in the distribution of them no matter where they reside. These dealers should be charged and the profits and assets they have acquired (some for many years) confiscated and used to fund enforcement, education and legal proceedings to
end illegal stamp production and distribution forever.

In 2020 Topnimarka continues production of counterfeit illegal stamp sets in the name of Haiti with no end in sight. I will update this page as time permits.
