The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Haiti. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy,
they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.
To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Haiti visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Haiti section. You will
be amazed to see that only a couple issues dating 2002 and 2003 are listed. This is because since 2003 Haiti has been in political turmoil and
has had many other problems. Since 2003 they have not issued any stamps at all! Yet there a ton for sale dating many of the years in which
there should be none offered.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets
and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.
Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer
that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer
because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites
then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.
The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe
and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.
If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will
only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.
2018
In 2018 Haiti did not issue any stamps. It is therefore understood that any stamp in the name of Haiti dating 2018 is a counterfeit illegal stamp!
In 2017 another clown company named spectre-stamps tries to begin distribution of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Haiti. It is unknown if this criminal is the
producer of them or not. It is believed he (they) are connected directly with one of the known producers of illegal stamps. Several issues this
distributor has sold in the past and present originate from the Eastern European producer which evidence has proven is directly connected
to europolstamps who is a notorious illegal stamp dealer on eBay. This europolstamps has been selling illegal stamps produced in Eastern Europe (he
is located in Poland), and also by globalphila and the British producers since he opened an account on eBay in 1999. At present in 2020 he is trying to "sell out" his garbage probably because he
knows we are on to him. He appears to have opened one or more alternate accounts recently to divert the obvious attention from the fact that
he was exclusive in the sales of these particular Eastern European styles of illegal stamps. Stupid enough to actually use the same exact images of many of them that he has used for years
on his own account on the new account(s). The bottom line is the company named spectre-stamps is basically exclusive in trying
to move the following Haiti counterfeits.
The what I consider criminal dealer goes by the name spectre-stamps and is located in Norway. Several addresses this "company" has used in accounts
which we have had removed pointed to hotels in different locations. On some he states located in Svalbard. This rat has attempted several times to open new accounts on Delcampe and eBay
using different user names after we shut down several accounts in 2018 and 2019. Should you see the following illegal stamps offered on any account
on those auction venues, let us know and I can assure you they will not run for long! This europolstamps is targeted as well for the chopping block but
we let his account remain at present as evidence and proof of his criminal activity so he can legally "hang" himself which I can assure you the evidence
has been retained already. This means....he cannot get out of it when the hammer falls.

The following souvenir sheets should be shunned by everyone. Dealers that sell them in any form should be shunned as well. They are worthless
pieces of paper, not suitable to be in anyones collection. This spectre-stamps is asking $6.00 each as of June 2020 on their website.
I note that all of them have no year date inscribed on them and thus sometimes dealers who might have acquired one or two of them tend
to list them in other years like 2017 and such. I am listing them as has the Haiti Philatelic Society under the year the criminal dealer "claims" they were made.
I have found they originated from the Russian producer/distributor Topnimarka.com.

As of July 2020 only one user on Delcampe is presently offering this counterfeit. The user name is postsk who is located in Slovakia.
The user is posting it as issued in 2017. Asking $8.44 for this piece of garbage! Avoid!

Aside from this spectre-stamps selling this and the other following counterfeit illegal stamps on Delcampe (some under the
user name sgistamps) there was one other user who is still presently selling a number of counterfeit illegal stamps on Delcampe.
That user is pi999 located in Italy. Not selling any Haiti now but still actively offering other counterfeits. Due to either lack of
knowledge as to what is real and what is fake or knowingly selling them, it is best to avoid dealing with sellers like this because they
sell illegal stamps.

This spectre-stamps has obviously "connected" with Topnimarka. As you can see by the perforation
design and imaging on this souvenir sheet...it is the same "style" used by Topnimarka. These criminals unite and collaborate on a worldwide
scale and this is why reforms within the UPU need to be made to enforce and apprehend these criminals no matter what country they reside in.
An international fund needs to be made and maintained within the UPU to take legal action against these criminal dealers and producers
to end their proliferation of counterfeit illegal stamps....permanently!
I note this criminal as of July 2020 is trying to divert attention away from this souvenir sheet by trying to now say it was made in 2020.
Sorry but the Haiti Philatelic Society describes this sheet as on the market in 2018 and that was posted in early 2019 so
if the sheet was made in 2020 it would have been impossible for the society to list it right? This is yet another reason for
all collectors and dealers worldwide to reject rip-off companies like this. The owners lie constantly to profit from their victims.
They will do anything to keep selling the counterfeits because they cannot make it selling real stamps because they are obviously
inept stamp dealers if you can even call them a stamp dealer at all....
In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves,
these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.
The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2018 in the name of Haiti. They are not commonly seen
on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts
on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently
trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can
report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!
I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown on the Haiti 2014 and 2015 pages. For Haiti
this is also the case for fifteen of the following 2018 sets! The company did not actually start producing counterfeit Haiti stamps until 2016.

As of July 2020 this company is distributing 35 different counterfeit illegal stamp sets dating 2018 in the name of Haiti of which 15 are back dated.
As of this same time none of these are listed on the Haiti Philatelic Societies UPU Illegals reference page.

A number of sets like this one are offered on the Topnimarka website without the set of souvenir sheets of 1. Because
these criminals produce the counterfeit stamps at will, it is possible that they will produce the souvenir sheets
at any time in the future if they see a demand for them. We have evidence where these criminals produce sets like
this according to a request from a customer. The customer asking if they have ever seen a stamp with a particular topic
on it and "magically" one is produced within a month! The images easily found and stolen off the internet and transposed
onto their counterfeit productions. This company has stolen hundreds of copyright images with no fear of reprisals.
The Russian postal administration along with Interpol must take the first steps to bring these people to justice. This
can only be done by the victimized countries taking legal action against them.
So far the UPU leaders sits with their "heads in the sand" as they have done for three decades now because of poor and
probably corrupt leadership. This is why new leadership needs to take over and run the corrupt people and inert people
out of the UPU with force!
