Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Haiti Dating 2015

The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Haiti. Please remember that the producers of these illegal stamps are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

To find out what stamps are real and legitimate for Haiti visit the UPU WNS website and look at the Haiti section. You will be amazed to see that only a couple issues dating 2002 and 2003 are listed. This is because since 2003 Haiti has been in political turmoil and has had many other problems. Since 2003 they have not issued any stamps at all! Yet there a ton for sale dating many of the years in which there should be none offered.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2015

In 2015 Haiti did not issue any stamps. It is therefore understood that any stamp in the name of Haiti dating 2015 is a counterfeit illegal stamp!

In 2015 the unknown producer located in Spain noted on the introduction and other pages created one more massive production of counterfeit illegal stamps and then as suddenly as the producer appeared....disappeared. At present time (June 2020) only one now notorious illegal stamp dealer on Hipstamps going by the user name Newshop2012 is offering this counterfeit garbage on the main online stamp venues. Thanks to him for all the following images! The user needs to be removed permanently for this criminal assault on collectors as the majority of his sales are all counterfeit stamps. Obviously a no good dealer that cannot make it selling real stamps!

I note in researching past sales on Delcampe only one dealer by the user name gandisellos was selling one of the counterfeit Harley Davidson souvenir sheets long ago. I note this user sells numerous counterfeits to this day so....not to be trusted....period.

The following sets are illegal and should be shunned by everyone. Dealers that sell them in any form should be shunned as well. They are worthless pieces of paper, not suitable to be in anyones collection. This abusive dealer is asking 7.35 to 13.50 EURO each for these!
All appear only to be available in imperforate form. Probably because the producer was too cheap and lazy to get perforating equipment.

At the time of acquiring images for these the user Newshop2012 has no images of this set but is offering them at 7.85 each without images!
There are 12 souvenir sheets to this counterfeit set. This image was kindly provided by the user gandisellos of one of them. At that time he was wanting 8.35 EURO for it!

If you were to try to get the whole set of these from this clown it would cost you an incredible 682.50 EURO!!! That is enough to buy say a really nice U.S. 1930 mint Graf Zeppelin stamp or a huge Disney collection! So really now, which do you think is the better investment? Something real like those or this fake counterfeit garbage made by a dealer and sold by dealers bent on ripping you off?

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2015 in the name of Haiti. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them as shown on the Haiti 2014 page. For Haiti this is also the case for the following 2015 sets. The company did not actually start producing counterfeit Haiti stamps until 2016.

The criminal dealer was selling sets like these at $25.00 each on eBay before we kicked him off in 2019.

In 2016 Topnimarka attacks in full force with the count of sets being 13 as of June 2020. Also an "odd" set is marketed made by an Eastern European counterfeit producer.
