Information and Reference of illegal stamps dating 2015 for the Republic of Guinea

Because there is so much confusion on this country you should use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. Do not listen to these dealers trying to convince you the following displayed stamps (that are watermarked "ILLEGAL STAMPS") are something other than counterfeit illegal stamps. Because in many cases Michel is the only catalog listing certain issues I do not trust them as a reliable source. The same goes for Yvert. In the majority of cases with this countries stamps that are suspect of being illegal, just try to find a genuinely used one on a cover. You will find it.....impossible.

None of the Republic of Guinea stamps are listed on the UPU's WNS system. This is because none of them follow the rules set forth by the UPU for stamp printing.

I have found the Colnect online catalog to be helpful but confusing. Over 12,000 listings there now caused by the abusive stamp agencies.

I have found the Stampworld.com Catalog to be helpful as well. Noting they stopped listing after 2013. This is probably because all the Stamperija issues are sold directly through the agent and not used in the Republic as stated on the Colnect site for the later years.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2021) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

2015

From 2006 to present time no more illegal stamps were produced by the British and Eastern European producers namely because Stamperija has and is still retaining contracts with the Republic of Guinea postal authorities. This all changed in 2015.

One thing on the Stamperija stamps being produced in the name of the Republic of Guinea. In 2015 according to what is listed on the Colnect online catalog and only listed in Michel and Yvert catalogs, Stamperija produced 126 sets of souvenir sheets of 4 and 1 equal to 630 stamps! All noted with this statement:
"Issue acknowledged by the Guinean postal authorities, but only distributed by Guinea's philatelic agent for collecting purposes."
The Stampworld online catalog stopped listing Stamperija stamps after 2013 which is good! Both online catalogs should have stopped in 2009!
None of the "issues" have any topics on the culture or history of the Republic of Guinea. All continue to be on topics like Elvis Presley, Marilyn Monroe and so forth. This is one reason they are determined to be abusive stamps and have been stressed by many from the top (UPU) down to be avoided.
Have they reported any of the following illegal stamps on their funky illegal stamps page? Of course not!

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times. They are producing fake stamps for countries controlled by Stamperija. Stamperija's owner has stated that he knows who most of the counterfeit producers are and has some control over stopping their productions at least for countries he has contracts with. This is shown to have happened with the Republic of Guinea. No illegal stamps by the previous producers found after 2006. This is not the case for this producer. Being located in Russia, I guess they believe that nobody can stop them. I am exposing them which is the first step.
I note that Stamperija knows who these people are and what is being produced. Yet even though they know, they are not warning anyone including the postal authorities of the countries this company is distributing counterfeits in the name of that are contracted by Stamperija.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2015 in the name of the Republic of Guinea. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

In 2015 this company came onto the internet with a number of counterfeit sets dating 2015. In 2016 they produced many more and back dated them to 2015. Stamperija wishes to pretend they do not exist.

As of August 2021 this company has made and is still selling 38 counterfeit illegal stamp souvenir sheet sets inscribed Republique de Guinee dating 2015. They have created 21 of those sets after 2015 and back dated them by inscribing them with the year 2015. They can make more dating this year at any time. Avoid them all!

I found these counterfeit illegal stamps were being sold by Topnimarka as user kir30kirill on eBay in early 2020 before the user was kicked off for selling counterfeits.

Noting this set has no souvenir sheets of one. It is explained on other illegal stamp country pages that this criminal will make counterfeits on requests from collectors looking for a particular car or player and so forth. I believe this set was produced by request for a specific ice hockey player from the Czech Republic. Probably sold to that collector through eBay.

These next two counterfeit (perforated) sets are the first I have seen made by this criminal producer that are made in Gold and Silver Foil. They are asking 15,000p = $202.00 for perforated sets and 18,000p = $242.00 for imperforate sets! Insane! They are not genuine stamps so avoid them!
