In 2020 the Comoro Islands did not issue any stamps. Therefore any stamp in the name of the Comoro Islands dating 2020 is a
COUNTERFEIT ILLEGAL STAMP!

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appeared. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2019 in the name of the Comoro Islands. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them. For the Comoro Islands this is not the case for counterfeit stamps dating 2020. A major slow down is noted probably due to the covid-19 pandemic. He has produced 17 different sets dating 2020. This freak could add more at any time once the pandemic is over. Avoid them all!

In 2020 this criminal continued to produce counterfeit sets in the name of the Comoro Islands but apparently has stopped because of the covid-19 pandemic. As of November 2021 I could find no other counterfeit stamps produced by any other criminal producer. Topnimarka again dominates in this year.

At present time we have (meaning others are reporting this as well) discovered this criminal again selling under the user name topni_76. He is trying to be "low profile" by only listing around 350 counterfeit sales unlike the 4,000+ sales he was running as kir30kirill. As is usual he lists them without the country name and year in the titles, strictly targeting topical collectors. A real "vampire" just like his predecessors!

This is why the UPU and its member countries need to make major changes and remove these counterfeit producers and distributors from all aspects of the stamp market permanently!

The following four counterfeit sets on the topic of Joseph Stalin shows where this criminal producers head is really at. It shows that he prioritizes Communist propaganda over all else, believing that his lousy garbage fake stamps are going to "change the world" into his own personal "programmed" frame of mind by thinking if he makes enough of these they will effect in some way. Because the order as shown is made (these being the first on his list to make for 2020 counterfeit sets) before he was stopped by the pandemic, it shows exactly his intent.

Noting the consistent repetitious use of the same images over and over again on these sets in the name of many countries. He must be a very limited person as far as resources in images is concerned. I do not understand why a collector would continue to buy them. Quite boring!

Since the covid-19 pandemic started this criminal has stopped production of new counterfeits. It appears this is the case with all countries this criminal has victimized. This definitely does not mean it is over! As shown the websites are still running, He is still selling on eBay and on Russian auction sites. A criminal like this one and the others that are shown in the illegal stamp reference will never stop until the UPU and the member countries take firm action and completely erradicate them and their products from the stamp market permanently. This means using the law as it is intended making the sale of these counterfeit goods illegal for anyone to sell. Right down to the collector who got ripped off buying them because of lack of knowledge or intent to profit who is now trying to rip off other collectors by reselling them. Not only new sales of these counterfeit goods must be stopped but all sales of them from the newest to the oldest must be stopped as well. It can be done.
