I have found the Stampworld.com Catalog to be helpful as well although as stated above there are "conflicts" between what is listed there and what is on the Colnect catalog.

Scott and SG do not. Namely because of no evidence of postal usage. You can obviously see the similarity of the Impressor S.A. issues using the same topics
as the illegal stamps. They have been massively produced in all kinds of forms from souvenir sheets, deluxe sheets to gold foil stamps. Certain recent
years are being almost exclusively sold by a German dealer who consistently puts in his titles "OFFICIAL ISSUE" as if there is something wrong with them.
Which there is.....
THEY ARE ABUSIVE STAMPS made only to sell to collectors produced in excess of postal needs and as stated above, showing no evidence of postal usage.
You will find the styles and designs of the following illegal stamps completely different.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many fake First Day Covers exist as well.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets
and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and experts like myself.
Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer
that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer
because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites
then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.
The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe
and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

From 2011 forward the WNS system is "awaiting stamps for registration". This is probably caused by the turmoil within the country. The catalogs are now
our only choice of reference. We are working toward the UPU correcting this problem. The WNS system cannot be a reliable source of reference if the countries
(even in political turmoil) do not register properly. Awaiting stamps to be registered for years is not to be accepted!
Stamperija has pumped out another ton of abusive stamps in this countries name now. They are showing up on the online catalogs. On the Colnect catalog
they are noted as authorized but only sold through the agent....again.
The British producer of counterfeit illegal stamps is not stopping production. Using the same style as last year they continue.
Already on eBay a swarm of the British produced counterfeits are being offered by the same criminal dealer.

The rats continue. New counterfeits have been produced and are being placed on the market as of March 27, 2021. Noting that other counterfeit dealers on Hipstamps have now joined in. This eren3049 continues to be the only seller on eBay selling them. The pattern of who these dealers are reveals itself again. New additions are noted accordingly. All of these counterfeits are being offered by this group of dealers as perforated, imperforate and CTO. Avoid them!
UPDATE May
In a now monthly check on this countries status we see that the same people continue to be involved in the production and distribution of
counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Chad. New counterfeits being sold on eBay and elsewhere by the same group starting on May 2 and May 9.
UPDATE June
The clowns continue to happily rip buyers off adding yet another group of counterfeits. All added on June 4, 2021. Avoid! Meanwhile Stamperija pumps out another
batch of abusive stamps in the name of Tchad as well. This country is really going to pot. I would avoid anything produced in the name of this country dating 2021
as none of it will retain any value in the future. Noting that some of the criminal dealers selling these counterfeit illegal stamps have also joined in offering
the Stamperija abusive stamps as well. Definitely a collusion is happening because we are effecting them. War is coming to them....and they know it.
UPDATE August
It continues but appears to have slowed a bit. Perhaps this page is scaring them. The continued collaboration between them and Stamperija continues as we can see
by the offerings by the criminal illegal stamp dealers. Noting that Artstamps (aka Juan Montero) on Hipstamps has now dropped all but one listing of Chad 2021 stamp sales
on Hipstamps as well as Bentley1Stamp dropping down to 3 sales. marlen-stamps, W4Stamps dominate illegal stamp sales and Stamperija issues on Hipstamps as well as
the user 4StampSales (located in Delaware in the U.S.) who is running 70 listings of Stamperija issues. It is obvious that Stamperija is allowing the known illegal
stamp dealers to continue to produce and sell illegal stamps in the name of Chad as long as they massively offer the Stamperija abusive stamps as well.
Noting that in a scan of Chad stamps for sale on the venues, huge swaths of the Stamperija issues have stopped listing for earlier years.
Avoidance from buying any stamps from this country dating 2021 is still advised.
UPDATE October
An initial note on this update is to compare the illegal stamps in the name of Chad with the illegal stamps made in the name of Madagascar. You will find they are exactly the same
style and form showing us the same people are involved. That being the British producer and his distributors. The timing of them being placed on the market is the same as well.
Well after letting the ghouls slide for a couple months because of my work on getting public the Uzbekistan and Morocco Sahara sections, in checking I have found yet
another mass of counterfeit illegal stamps have been made by the British producer and his "gang" and are being disbursed onto the market. We see that the user eren3049
on eBay (W4Stamps on Hipstamps) is the biggest promoter of them. I note this clown has also reverted to massively offering the Stamperija issues for this country as well.
It appears to be some sort of collaboration going on between Stamperija and the counterfeit producer and his distributors. This meaning, as long as they offer the abusive stamps
made by Stamperija in the name of Chad in mass, Algirdas (the owner) will knowingly "turn his head" in regards to the illegal stamps being produced and offered by these same
criminal dealers as is now proven just by looking at the sales of this eren3049's account. Groupings of the counterfeits next to large groupings of the Stamperija newest issues.
Both proving direct connections with both sources. This user needs to be removed from eBay. I note that it appears this person who was a member of the PTS (Philatelic Traders Association)
has been removed from there and I must say it is about time! Allowing a dealer like this in that association goes against everything they have fought for
and stand for.
It is interesting how the source of the counterfeits for this country will let others sell them for a few years before adding them to his own sales. This is called "at arms length"
in the stamp world. Just like a hacker will go through different "proxy" servers to hide their location as the source of the hack, the criminal producers operate in the same way.
The newest counterfeit editions are now added, shown and noted by date of appearance. Noting they have now fully resorted to souvenir sheets with six counterfeit stamps versus the
earlier souvenir sheets with four counterfeit stamps on them.
UPDATE December
After completion of the Comoro Islands section of the study I went back into ebay looking for new counterfeits being produced by the British counterfeiter and getting first
run distribution by our favorite criminal illegal stamp peddler eren3049. Not to be surprised, a bunch of new editions are being sold by this clown as of November 16 and December 21, 2021. These
ghouls will never stop until it is done with force. That first force will happen in the new year.
We now have a full documentation of a full year of counterfeit production and distribution of counterfeit stamps in the name of Chad and Madagascar kindly provided by this fool.
No way to hide the evidence as it is all recorded on eBay! These and the thousands of other counterfeits this freak has been selling for years now are all that is needed to remove
his account from eBay permanently. Little does he realize that it does not matter how "big" he thinks he is with his 20,000+ feedbacks when a major portion are proof of sales of
counterfeit goods.
Again, the newest additions are added and noted by date of appearance. Also again, all of them are in the six counterfeit stamp format.

Here the ghouls have created yet another "series" featuring famous Marvel Comics superheroes. They target young collectors
and their parents who unknowingly buy these counterfeit stamps thinking they are real because of the way these criminal stamp dealers
present them in their eBay sales and so forth as if they are genuine postage stamps. The main seller of these is a PTS (Philatelic Traders society)
member. Shame on the PTS for knowingly allowing a criminal stamp dealer like this to remain a member. It shows how deep the corruption is even in
the stamp societies that are known to take harsh measures against these kind of dealers in the past. Trusting the members of these societies to be
honorable dealers is apparently becoming a thing of the past as by allowing them to be active members, the leaders of those societies are breaking every
rule and code of ethics those societies stand for and represent themselves as being. Why should these societies even exist? They are more interested in
retaining numbers of members than enforcing their own rules and codes designed to maintain what their societies stand for. Therefore collectors can no
longer trust the societies to refer them to their so called "honest" and "reputable" stamp dealers because they might refer you to a criminal who is
determined to sell you counterfeits like these!
The criminal dealer on eBay wants $11.97 for perforated and $16.20 for imperforate. Selling just a couple pays for the production of hundreds! All are made
according to demand. If they sell well....they just make more. This is why these same people are selling mint copies of the illegal stamps that were made
all the way back to the late 1990's. Because they just print more when they run out! There is no difference between imperforate and perforated in rarity.
None are "rare" and all are worthless trash made by criminals that should be arrested and removed from the stamp world permanently. Avoid!

As you can see every counterfeit so far has been produced by one counterfeit producer. All being sold on eBay and Hipstamps by one UK based user. It is obvious they are directly
connected with the producer. This producer needs to be fully exposed and their ability to produce and sell stamps completely removed from society.
Because of inaction by the UPU, the country and the stamp collecting community as a whole, the nightmare continues.
