The following images are of illegal stamps produced for Chad. Please remember that the producers of these illegals are not only greedy, they are crude and sometimes disgusting which is the nature of these people.

I have found the Stampworld.com Catalog to be helpful as well although as stated above there are "conflicts" between what is listed there and what is on the Colnect catalog. Namely listing certain years of the abusive Impressor S.A. issues. I have given more details on this on certain pages.

Or use a respectable catalog like Scott or Stanley Gibbons. I have found that Michel and Yvert list many of the Impressor S.A. issues whereas Scott and SG do not. Namely because of no evidence of postal usage. You can obviously see the similarity of the Impressor S.A. issues using the same topics as the illegal stamps. They have been massively produced in all kinds of forms from souvenir sheets, deluxe sheets to gold foil stamps. Certain recent years are being almost exclusively sold by a German dealer who consistently puts in his titles "OFFICIAL ISSUE" as if there is something wrong with them.
Which there is.....
THEY ARE ABUSIVE STAMPS made only to sell to collectors produced in excess of postal needs and as stated above, showing no evidence of postal usage.

You will find the styles and designs of the following illegal stamps completely different.

Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many fake First Day Covers exist as well.
Most times now (2020) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by UPU circular descriptions and experts like myself.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

From 2011 forward the WNS system is "awaiting stamps for registration". This is probably caused by the turmoil within the country. The catalogs are now our only choice of reference. We are working toward the UPU correcting this problem. The WNS system cannot be a reliable source of reference if the countries (even in political turmoil) do not register properly. Awaiting stamps to be registered for years is not to be accepted!

In 2012 according to the Scott catalog a set of 32 stamps was issued by Chad. It appears that Impressor S.A. gained yet another contract with the country in this year. In searching for any other new listings in the Scott catalog there are no other listings to present time (2020). Here is an image of the listing for 2012.



The value of them is up for debate. Due to past abusive practices by this stamp agent who prints their own stamps against UPU standards proven over and over again, we cannot put a firm value on these as well. The company as before has produced deluxe sheets, gold-foil sheets not described nor listed in Scott. They have produce "stamps" not listed by Scott in a variety of topics. They have continued the abusive habits they did in the past for this country as well as other countries. There is no documentation on quantities produced, reprints made nor destruction of the original plates.

None have been registered in the WNS system.

The UPU is very strict on what can be deemed as an official stamp issue by the member countries. The stamps produced by Impressor S.A. and Stamperija for the most part fall far below those standards set by the UPU and that is why they are not getting listed on the WNS system. Many people wish to say that the cost to register official stamps is too high. That is a bogus statement. $50.00 a stamp is not too high (I have found) for any country, poor or rich, to register. Due to the massive sale of all the questioned stamps being sold worldwide, there are plenty of funds available to pay the measly $50.00 per stamp. These agencies pay the countries a goodly sum for each "issue" they are authorized to produce and taking $50.00 from it is not going to harm their profits in any way. It is obvious what is going on here. ABUSIVE PRODUCTION and sales of topical stamps.

The problem with the catalogs.

Because of the conflicts caused by the major stamp catalog editors across the board we have lost our way in what is real, what is abusive and what is fake. Michel and Yvert listing many stamps not listed by Scott and Stanley Gibbons. Sadly in recent years even Scott catalog has "broken down" in listing abusive recent stamps that have no evidence of postal usage. Due to internal influences of "friends" or "payoffs" the editing has become "corrupt" and needs to be corrected. The catalogs need to follow the same standards as the UPU holds in regards to listing stamps with a value to the collector. Most certainly they have the right to list what they want, but if the stamp is of a questionable nature as many being listed are, that needs to be noted and no "value" placed on them as it was done in the past.
By placing them in listings without these standards the catalogs are breaking their own rules and are now also becoming unreliable sources.

Many dealers and collectors consider them abusive. Many consider them legalized illegal stamps. Try to find them used on cover.
There are many other "issues" produced dated 2012 by this company that are not listed by Scott catalog. Animals, Birds, Butterflies, Olympics. Again following the same repetitive path as before. All aimed to sell to collectors. Again, try to find them used on cover. The prices asked by the dealers is extraordinary. They are not "rare" and never will be. The proof is what is being sold.....right now.

Another questionable stamp issue is the WWF sheet of Antelope (Addax) stamps. None of the catalogs online nor off list it. Yet it is being offered massively on the online venues. I note notorious illegal stamp distributors being the primary source. Research is ongoing and a determination is....imminent. Souvenir sheets of 1 exist as well. Please remember the WWF logo has been severely abused by the counterfeit illegal stamp producers.

A VERY BIG PROBLEM!

In my searches for real and counterfeit stamps, I found the following stamp issues in the name of Chad that appear to be genuine official postage stamps for Chad dating the year 2012. They are being sold only by reputable dealers that do not sell counterfeit stamps. They all were printed by the reputable security printer Cartor. They are extremely rare. So why is nobody listing them????

Noting a conflicting word within the inscription "dersertification". This word is found in many articles and notes on the problem of desertification which is a type of land degradation in drylands involving loss of biological productivity caused by natural processes or induced by human activities.

Are they genuine? Are they rejected stamps? This is a mystery that needs to be solved....

It is therefore understood that any stamp in the name of Chad dating 2012 other than the Impressor "issues" and possibly the WWF issue and/or possibly the Cartor issues is deemed a
COUNTERFEIT ILLEGAL STAMP!

In 2012 the production by the British counterfeit producer of counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of Chad continues on a massive scale. Noting at this point the producer completely ignores the fact that Impressor S.A. is contracted by Chad. Was there a "falling out" of sorts between the two? The producer again introduces more new "styles" of which many are exactly the same as counterfeits produced in the name of other African countries. These have and are still being sold by many dealers including the main distributors all over the internet. They have infected thousands of collections worldwide. They and the main sellers of them must be removed from the market permanently.

The following are counterfeit illegal stamps produced by the British producer and some possibly by others. Show proof that any are not and this reference can be "adjusted".

In 2012 the British producer produces a set that is numbered 1 through 10 called African Fauna. The producer is now quite bold as nobody retaliated. These fake souvenir sheets are mainly being sold individually. Avoid them! The majority of illegal stamps are superimposed images stolen from magazines and books and online images of which you can mostly get for free yourself. The counterfeit producer simply puts perforations and gum on the cheap paper, illegally inscribes them with a real countries name and fake values (on many illegally using copyrighted logos and images) and sells them as if they are real stamps.
