Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Central African Republic

In 2020 Topnimarka continues production of illegal stamps with another production of 2020 illegal stamps noting more usage of the "shaped style" souvenir sheets. Stamperija produces more abusive issues noting as of the end of January 2021 that far less are listed in the Stampworld catalog. The number (so far) is 247 as individual stamps in souvenir sheets. Still, I have found that not all of the Stamperija issues are listed there so the numbers produced are probably more.
They are obviously not being listed on the WNS system. Abusive stamps should not be collected nor allowed in stamp exhibition competitions as they are meaningless topical stamps made with the soul purpose of reaping in huge profits for only a few private individuals who target the topical collectors just like the illegal stamp producers do.

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2020 in the name of Central African Republic. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them. For the Central African Republic this will probably be the case for counterfeits dating 2020. We will be observing throughout 2021. So far he has produced 37 different sets dating 2020 and could add more at any time. As you can see it is worse for this year. Avoid them all!

Noting again that there are a number of sets that do not have the single stamp souvenir sheets. Some of them are "made to order" sets where a customer asks the criminal dealer if they know of any existing stamps that have a specific topic. Within two months this criminal will produce a set featuring the topic or a set that includes a particular car or sport figure the customer inquired about pretending that he has "found" them. This process has been documented by others.

For some reason only this souvenir sheet of four on the topic of mushrooms is being offered by this dealer. In other cases I have found similar counterfeit souvenir sheets like this one offered exclusively by this dealers associates whereas the souvenir sheet is not offered on the topnimarka site. This could become the case for this one as well. Then again, the counterfeit set may not have been fully created yet. In any case, avoid it wherever it is sold!

You can see that the production of these has increased again. Do not think for even a moment that criminals like this will just "go away" nor that this one is the only one. Others from the past and in the future will continue to victimize countries like Central Africa until permanent action is taken.

The movement, proliferation and creation of new counterfeit illegal stamps can only be stopped if the collecting world, the countries and the UPU unite as one to eradicate them and the people involved. You can see that because there has yet to be a unified effort made to do this, that the bad dealers among us are highly motivated and blatantly sell the illegal stamps as if they are real stamps to collectors all over the world every day. Their counterfeit productions now infest millions of collections and dealer stocks worldwide as they sit in rich mansions and feast on the money they have made ripping you off!

Will this continues? Probably. I will update accordingly until the countries take actions that will permanently stop these criminals.
