Information and Reference of illegal stamps for Central African Republic

In 2017 production of illegal stamps continues with the British producer introducing yet more "new" styles of counterfeits in the name of the Central African Republic. Topnimarka also continues in this year with another massive production of 2017 illegal stamps while Stamperija produces yet another even more massive quantity of abusive issues numbering 845 according to the Stampworld catalog as individual stamps in souvenir sheets. I have found that not all of the Stamperija issues are listed there so the numbers produced are even worse!
Noting in this year Stamperija has created intentional errors as well. Prices asked are ridiculous as are the prices of the normal issues themselves considering the company is not a security printing company by any means and breaks every standard set forth by the UPU in regards to stamp production. When will the stamp catalogs understand this and delist them? I suspect that certain editors and/or owners are getting "kick backs" for getting them and/or allowing them to be listed thus reducing their status as a reliable source. The pricing in the catalogs is completely inaccurate and a false status simply by the fact they are made with absolutely no security measures in place. There are no "limits" to what is produced. No documented records of the production process. No printing plate destruction. Nothing! Most never even see the country they are made in the name of and in more and more cases the postal agents in those countries are not even honoring them for use! They are obviously not being listed on the WNS system because of these problems. Abusive stamps should not be collected nor allowed in stamp exhibition competitions as they are meaningless topical stamps made with the soul purpose of reaping in huge profits for only a few private individuals who target the topical collectors just like the illegal stamp producers do.

First I will show the British producers counterfeit illegal stamps. It is interesting that this is the last year the British producer created counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of the Central African republic. Was it because of the competition caused by topnimarka? Or because of the massive productions by Stamperija? We will never know probably. As of January 2021 there are no newer British produced counterfeits dating past 2017 being offered on the market. To this day in January 2021 they are being massively sold to victimized topical collectors. Others will be found not using year or country in their titles. They being the most deceitful dealers who hide and only target the topical collector.

This "new" style by the British producer is being used in the name of other countries as well. Benin 2017 illegal stamps. First used in the name of Chad in 2016. Then more in the name of Chad in 2018. This style used in the name of the Congo republic in 2018 on a couple illegal stamps. This is more evidence of the same people producing the illegal stamps year after year in the name of many countries. Those countries need to unite and get these people and their distributors in mass to remove this plague from the stamp market permanently. The following illegal stamps should be avoided by everyone. The dealers who sell them shunned by everyone, no matter if they are selling legitimate stamps. By selling these illegal stamps, the dealer is supporting a criminal industry and is therefore not to be trusted by anyone!

In 2015 the Russian based dealers who I believe are also the producers appear. The company is called Topnimarka.com located in Moscow Russia.
They have created a new website called stamps-world.eu as well in 2019. Everything they are selling is fake and counterfeit stamps.
They are mass producing counterfeit illegal stamps in the name of many countries. The "styles" unique to themselves, these people are producing and selling counterfeit stamps at a massive rate dating to current times.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2017 in the name of Central African Republic. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them. For the Central African Republic this is the case for several sets dating 2017. He has produced 49 different sets dating 2017 and could add more at any time. Avoid them all!

The movement, proliferation and creation of new counterfeit illegal stamps can only be stopped if the collecting world, the countries and the UPU unite as one to eradicate them and the people involved. You can see that because there has yet to be a unified effort made to do this, that the bad dealers among us are highly motivated and blatantly sell the illegal stamps as if they are real stamps to collectors all over the world every day. Their counterfeit productions now infest millions of collections and dealer stocks worldwide as they sit in rich mansions and feast on the money they have made ripping you off!
