Many of the following illegal stamps can be found as imperforates and as color proof sets as well. Many exist on fake First Day Covers too.
Most times now (2022) the souvenir sheet sets and sheetlet sets are sold individually. Many times the stamps have been removed from the sheetlets and souvenir sheets. All of these "tactics" are used to avoid detection by experts and savvy collectors.

Sellers that call these "private", "locals", "Cinderella's", "unauthorized" are deceiving you. They are illegal stamps produced by a stamp dealer that is bent on ripping you off! Some sellers state "we offer them because they are on the market". Well how about you use a different dealer because that seller is "on the market"? If the stamp societies, auction sites and all other venues kicked these sellers off of their sites then they would have to comply or lose their ability to sell anything.

The following images are free for the use of all to use to alert the public to them. If anyone wants to make a public list of users on eBay, Delcampe and elsewhere who are selling these issues....fine by me since the UPU, PWMO and others appear to have given up or have not been updated in years.

If you have purchased any of these stamps from a dealer or if that dealer offers them, you should avoid that dealer! You will only be supporting illegal stamp makers who are only ripping you off.

It is odd and a bit funny to me with what we see in the production of authentic stamps for Burundi in this year. We see both on the Colnect and Stampworld catalogs that only one souvenir sheet was created and produced by Stamperija in this year. We know it was Stamperija as it is still being sold on the Stamperija website. According to the Colnect catalog it was "officially sanctioned" by the Burundi post. My question is, why is there no main catalog numbers listed for it? Why is it not listed on the WNS system? Why is it the only souvenir sheet produced by a known abusive stamp agency, known for producing tons of abusive stamps in the name of a given country as soon as they gain a contract? Did the Burundi post give explicit rights only to make this one souvenir sheet? Indeed, if this is the case, all countries that use agencies like this should follow Burundi's example in regards to dealing with agencies like this. Specifically limiting them in what they produce.

I noticed a few sellers out there stating it is a 2019 issue. They are wrong. The issue date being December 21, 2018. Proven by the First Day Covers. The main point of showing this souvenir sheet is that it is the only stamps issued by Burundi in 2018. This meaning any other "stamp" dating or claimed to be made in 2018 in the name of Burundi is a
counterfeit illegal stamp!

In 2018 a small group of counterfeits appeared, being sold by Eastern European notorious counterfeit dealers. One was sgistamps on Delcampe who has been kicked off for selling counterfeit stamps. Currently the now notorious criminal dealer spectre-stamps located in Norway is offering them exclusively on the corrupt Hipstamp site. This clown has been kicked off both Delcampe and eBay under numerous user names for selling counterfeit goods and is now one of the cons that have moved his criminal operation to Hipstamp who knowingly allows these criminal elements to sell their counterfeit goods on their site with no intent to stop the proliferation of sales of counterfeit goods due to them losing a large portion of profits from the sales of them. This would indeed happen if they did remove the criminal sellers from their corrupted stamp selling venue.

The following three displayed counterfeit souvenir sheets in the name of Burundi have no year inscribed on them. A tactic used so that criminal sellers like this spectre-stamps can change stated years of issue at will. I am first showing you proof of this with snapshots of the sales by this criminal. It is more evidence showing the lies this particular seller states and yet more reason this particular seller should be shunned by buyers everywhere. In 2018, this criminal sold several of these counterfeits on Delcampe before he was kicked off. At that time, he used the images provided by sgistamps who was kicked off earlier in the year. This is proven by the framing Delcampe uses on sales which are inscribed with the Delcampe logo and the user name of the seller at the bottom of the frame. Here is a snapshot of one of the sales made by this con.



The larger image which I have, you can see the sgistamps logo on the bottom frame of the image. The date of sale is proven at the top. Obviously it is in 2018. Now here are two more snapshots of this criminals sales of these same counterfeits on Hipstamp at present times in 2022. What the second image shows, is the blatant lie this criminal uses in the details section acting like he does not know what year the counterfeits were made. For the year of "issue" he states "2020?".



Proof that this seller is a complete liar and will deceive collectors in any way he can to sell his counterfeit goods. This seller is not a producer of counterfeit stamps but is surely connected directly with the Eastern European and Russian producers of them. A scourge to the reputation of Norwegian stamp dealers. Here are the three different counterfeit souvenir sheets this con is selling. Avoid them and this seller like the plague!

In recent times this con is offering sets of fake color proofs of these counterfeits as well. Asking $21.00 for a set. Stating "Only 10 sets printed in this proof format!". Firstly more evidence he knows evidence of the producer and secondly, knowing that the sets are worthless pieces of garbage as the asking price would be much higher for a set falling into this kind of rarity. What is also interesting, is the fact that these fake color proof sets exist at all! It shows us that the producer is making these counterfeits through a major printing operation, which points toward certain rouge stamp agencies, and that is all I will say. No evidence on Delcampe of any sales of these, but they were probably offered at the same time on Delcampe in 2018. Yet this clown still states "2020?" in the details section of these bogus sales on Hipstamp.

The Russian based company has produced the following counterfeit illegal stamps dating 2018 in the name of Burundi. They are not commonly seen on the main stamp market because we are fighting for you to keep them off the main market. Should this company be allowed to run accounts on the main stamp venues like eBay and Delcampe, you will see a new flood of illegal stamps worse than ever seen before. This company is consistently trying to create new accounts on the venues to move them into the main stream market. Should you see them on sites like eBay and Delcampe, you can report them to me and I can assure you that they will not be there long!

I have discovered that this company is producing counterfeit stamps in later years and back dating them. For Burundi, this is the case for a number of sets dating 2018. He has produced 60 different sets dating 2018 of which 7 of the sets were made after 2018 and back dated. More could be added at any time. Avoid them all!

This counterfeit stamp set is different in that it is not offered on the topnimarka website. Yet, another example of how many sets have been created by this freak that are not shown on their rip off website. It appears there are cases where this criminal rips off a number of collectors on sites like eBay and then, possibly, when collectors start complaining about the validity, he will remove them from his website thinking that he is destroying all evidence that he made and sold them. As you can see by this example, that evidence has been retained.

I found these counterfeit illegal stamps were being sold by Topnimarka as user kir30kirill on eBay in early 2020 before the user was kicked off for selling counterfeits.
